They don't advertise the pricing shown online. It says buy 3 get one free. They don't honor it.

I live in Cedar Park so it was close to my house. There is the perfect amount of space and the space was ideal for setting up the food and having places for everyone to talk and eat. I hired a catering company to provide the tea service; they provided almost everything needed for an amazing tea but we were able to use some of the Kitchen House's dishes and supplies to fill in the few items we needed. The space was generous in size; parking was free and there was plenty of parking. The space is light and airy; the bathroom is spotlessly clean. My guests and the catering staff were raving about how great the venue was. The rental process was very easy and the rates very reasonable. I would be very happy to rent this space in the future for other events.

They really enjoyed it, came home each day with big smiles and a lot of enthusiasm. My daughter saved the food she prepared to bring me a little light lunch (which was actually quite delicious) and my son devoured all of his. The main advantage of the class vs. training them myself is that KH is a dedicated teaching kitchen. They are equipped and staffed to show kids how to prepare many dishes over the course of a week, whereas I have the time, energy and ingredients to maybe teach them one thing. I'm glad we signed up for this and will be back next Summer for another class or two.

I attended a Valentine's Day event last month with The ATX Dog Mom Social Club at The Spinning…read moreWheel. There was confusion over pricing and timing. The event post noted one price and when we got to the event, we were told it would cost extra to glaze the bowl which was a necessary step make the clay piece food-safe. We were making dog bowls so of course we wanted them to be food-safe but it was a bummer that we would have to pay an additional fee on top of what we had already paid. I was charged more than others in my group! We were instructed to make our bowls outside on the picnic tables which weren't flat surfaces. The event poster also stated that we could shape our clay by hand or use the spinning wheel. The spinning wheels weren't even offered to us. Overall, I attended this event to make new friends and create something nice for my dog. I accomplished both so that was a win! While I most likely won't come back, this business is a fun concept that is great for groups of young children and I even saw a mother bring in her young daughter with her to glaze pottery together which was so sweet but the pricing and timing to pick up your artwork could be clearer. Also parking is very limited so park next door at the gymnasium.

Service: 5 Facility: 5, Products: TBD…read more Our group of 5 came to try out making pottery during the Valentine's Day promotion, which is now sold out. Rakhi and her staff, including Maya and Karis, were fantastic. Our ability to follow directions and create the initial form varied among our group, and some had to restart from the beginning more than once. Maya was very patient with us and adjusted how much she assisted by each person's ability. Knowing we were first timers, the staff were very encouraging and helpful as we selected our shapes and attempted to create them. They also helped us personalize each piece with additional designs, and we're very excited to see how everything turns out. There are two parts to this class, creating a piece for baking and in a few weeks we'll return to paint and glaze the pieces so they're food safe. I think we're going to take a longer course the next time!

My grandbaby had so much fun building the bear, doing the heart ceremony, and then putting the shirt on the bear! One thing that was a huge disappointment to us was, we couldn't put the name on the birth certificate with the computer, and it used to be that if you scanned the barcode, the info for the bear came up on the screen, but now, all you can do is print a birth certificate, and then write on it. Nothing fun about that. You can't scan the barcode, and they took the keyboards away. The computers don't even talk anymore. That was half the fun, but the company is further cheapening the experience. We like this particular location because it hasn't been updated to be overly bright and overheated, it's nostalgic, but not being able to do the birth certificate took away from the experience. That was a very poor decision that the company made. It's too bad that that poor decision is going to affect this store in a very negative way, for something they have no control over. The employees in the store were awesome though. Any negativity comes from a company-wide decision, not something that the store did.

There were 3 employees standing behind the counter. One was actually knitting. I walked up and said that I'd like one of these, holding up a dog. One of the employees just said, "you wanna build it?" I said yes she said ok. I asked what to do and she said "follow the signs". There were 2 more employees. One was a person at the end putting stuffing in, she asked " did you want sound?" I didn't know what she was talking about. No explanation. She asked my 3 year old grand child "firm, soft or medium?" No one there was even speaking in complete sentences. No one bothered to show me where to find the outfit for the Chase dog. Lots of employees, but not much help. For 71$, I expect more from the experience.
