I got my car back from them two times and both times when I got it back there were Issues. The first issue being they forgot to hook up my calibrator, and I end up having no breaks with my baby in the car and the second time they forgot to hook up the airbags. They still have not seem to fix the issue that we brought it there for. We did have to go through insurance and I do feel like we should've gotten our full deductible back which is $1000. And they only said they were able to give us $500 to this day my car is still not working correctly. we are considering taking further actions with how they handled everything. Very disappointed.

They were so kind to squeeze me in during a very busy time--seriously, there wasn't a spot open in their lot, the garage was full, and the mechanics were still working well after closing time. The cost of the repair was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it. That was two months ago, and the repair has completely held up. I even drove across country moving to Los Angeles just last week, which makes me a little sad that I won't be able to use their services again, but you definitely should!

It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. There were zero death benefits, so we were already trying to pay for final arrangements. We asked if we could at least come get his personal items out of the car, we were told "not without paying the balance". They decided to be "nice" and give us a "deal" of $900, but we had 2 hours to come up with the money and come get the car. The deal wouldn't stand past end of business that day. We could not do this. I actually live out of state. Heartless. That's all I can say.
