They did a great job with it, but unfortunately a hair got caught in one window. I brought it back few days later and they were able to fix it that day without question and extremely reasonable as far as window tinting goes. They even goes as far as to offer you a ride home so you don't have to wait. Bring your car to this establishment for all your car detail needs! Enter Ralph's. I called ahead to inquire if they could handle the rack on top of the car and they said they were pretty sure, but if it was convenient, to come in and they would take a look see. Turns out the rack was not an issue and despite the fact that it was an unseasonably warm Friday afternoon, Ralph's was able to process my car in a very decent amount of time which is usually not the case at car wash places on nice days in the wintertime. I needed 'The Works' which is not cheap, but I knew it was both worth it and needed. There were a few up charges to note, like most places, they charge a little more for bigger vehicles; and mats were not included, they were extra, $8 for a set of four, which I feel should be included. Having said that, the car came out looking great both inside and out. When I checked out, they gave me a discount of some sort which negated the oversized vehicle add on charge, and to boot, gave me a stamped receipt that was good for an exterior wash in the next 7 days. So a great experience was had, the customer service in the lobby was expedient and friendly; and the best part of all, was that my wife was floored at how well cleaned her vehicle was and commented that she would be going back to Ralph's because they do a better job than some of the other places we have tried. TJ unfortunately was the manager so I could nothing about it. I did get my car washed, and mad sure I tipped the guys good, they're not responsible for the manager treating customers like dirt. I was pleasantly surprised at how much was included with it, but should have given the reviews mentioning scratches a little more credibility than a grain of salt. Unfortunately I did find a few new small scratches on the car immediately afterwards, and for that reason, I will likely not be coming back. I am giving 4/5 because of the great deals, and that it was a very thorough cleaning - just a tad too rough perhaps. Another thing worth noting about this car wash, they also offer a pet wash station, which is now $7 per 10 minutes. It includes a ramp, and option of shampoo and/or conditioner, though I do not know if the price of the last two are included, or if there is a weight limit.

I had my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe towed here the Sunday after July 4th. My problems began on July 4th,…read morebut traveling out of state over the holiday weekend prohibited me from getting my vehicle looked at sooner. Fortunately my breakdown happened less than 50 miles from home. Despite not having had an appointment, my car was checked-out the first thing the next day, on Monday morning. Awesome. Jay (service advisor) called to tell me how much the shop charges per hour before the mechanic ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle: $115/hr., but I was fine with that. At that point what was I going to do? Find another mechanic? No. I live an hour away from Brian Bemis. Jay called throughout the week to update me on what was going on, which I appreciated. A couple of small repairs (ultimately no major problems) turned into about 6 fixes, so the bill added up quickly. I picked my car up on Friday, July 11th and it's been running just fine since the repairs. I was a little bummed it took 5 business days to fix only minor issues, but this was primarily due to the fact that they don't have all car parts in-stock (at least not mine). There were about half a dozen things to be repaired and my total bill after tax was about $1800. Yes, going to a dealer is expensive, but they also work with my specific car day in and day out; Jay even told me about an ongoing recall (ongoing since 2006!) with the subframe of my car. No other mechanic had ever mentioned this to me, but any non-Hyundai certified mechanic presumably wouldn't have know about this. My car is only worth $2500, so I likely won't continue to dump money into repairs. However, this dealership's body shop is fantastic, top-notch and professional. I have zero complaints. They even vacuumed out and washed my car. My tires are still shiny almost 2 weeks later. A little 'thank-you' for the $1800 worth of business? Probably.

Also there are free vacuums there. Much better. Don't waste your time or money at this one.
