    I have never in my life gone out of my way to leave a negative review on a business. I will give…read morethe kitchen feedback if I'm dissatisfied by something but never leave a review. I would call to give the kitchen my feedback but this was actual dogshit. I just spent 64 dollars on the dancing eel roll, Thai green curry, seafood miso soup, soft shell crab, and king salmon roll. Not fucking worth it, not a single thing. Firstly, all of the food was thrown into the bag with ZERO care. Soup leaking into the bottom of the bag turned sideways. Soft shell crab was completely upside down in the bag. And rolls were also on their side. Secondly, one of these cooks left their male pattern baldness all over my food. Softshell crab, salmon roll, AND the dancing eel roll had hairs on them. I understand being frustrated with bad genetics or age but that doesn't mean you gotta drop it on my food so I can deal with it too! Third, both of the sushi rolls we got were dry as all HELL as if they were left out for hours. I got food poisoning from Nagoya from the last time I got sushi and was hoping for something better and was severely disappointed. I'd honestly choose the food poisoning and decent sushi over whatever the fuck I got from this place. I'm known for eating whatever will fill my stomach regardless of how sketchy, but I couldn't finish anything I ordered from this place. I'm honestly shocked I didn't vomit into the curry but that honestly could have made it more tolerable. I kept on trying something else PRAYING that it would taste better than the last. It didn't. Crab tasted like unfiltered fryer. The orange in the side salad was alright, although that also had a hair on it.

Most of the choices were good. Our last three picks were probably our least favorite. I don't recommend the creamy scallop roll I can definitely tell that the AYCE is not their strong suit.

    o I found them on…read moreGoogle while shopping for my first auto scrubber for my fast growing company. I spoke with Gary at the Helena location. The guy is super cool and informative. He got me a good deal on a ct15. My new go-to spot for all my equipment needs! That was my original review above 7 months ago. Now, after months of dealing with bad machines and terrible customer service they forced me to write this.... I originally bought a ipc eagle ct5, when it arrived it was broken, Gary told me send it back at their expense, (I don't give awards for doing right thing) but that was cool. When I seen how small it was in person and considering I was sending it back anyway, I upgraded to a ct15. I was sent an invoice that didn't include sales tax so I was stoked. Saving of $300!! But within a couple weeks he says they made a mistake and that I have to pay it. I'm like ,ok cool and paid it. But at same time I was having issues with noises and the squeegee blade. He kept sending me back to ipc tech support, I get no help and I have to spend hours of personal trial and error to get it to work right. And about 3 months after I bought, the batterys stopped holding a full charge! Now I'm trying to call Gary again and he now seems to be on vacation every time I call. Machine went from 45min of run time all the way down to 7. And that took about 2 months from time it started... And he ducked my calls for 2 months. I finally got icpeagle tech support on the phone and they told me that all I had to do was order the batteries from Gary at (Montana broom and brush) and then he would submit the warranty claim. And give me a credit back for price. I call them to confirm and they tell me a different story!! So I cut all the back and forth out and do a conference call with ipc eagle tech & Gary. I get the run around from Gary and he ends up hanging up on us. ICP eagle said he can't help... everything has to run thru the distributor that sold the machine. So as my run time on machine is getting lower and lower I'm stressed, cause I'm losing productivity!! So now I tried to call Gary and he said he will only speak to me thru email. What a guy! . He finally charged me 250$ to send me new batteries (because the battery warranty is prorated, and since I was at 6 months I had to pay 1/2 the cost + $50 shipping), when I received them they were NOT the same. And when I looked them up online I found them for sale brand new for less then my 1/2 price warranty price. I feel totally played. I installed them and my Machine works like new again!!!!! For like 3 days.... Now it's already losing battery life. I reach out (thru email) and explain the situation and Gary basically put me off on some 3 rd party repair center. And says I have to foot the bill for everything and they are not responsible for anything. Just terrible. I spent about $4,000 and in 6 months my machine basically don't work. If they were closer I'd definitely go and have a face to face word with the guy. I'm just a small company trying to make a way and I learned my lesson in dealing with stores rather than I am willing to travel.
