Since I was looking for white fabric, she recommended I take the fabric outside in the sun to make sure it matches (can't trust white with the florescent lights!). That greatly helped, as the first fabric I thought would work ended up not matching at all once I took it in the sun. After a few tries, I found a fabric that was perfect! I'm not familiar with their operations but looks simple. Over half of the shop is all fabric displays. I had to ask to see something for men. I told the lady my size. I wear 44-46 in Indian wear. She gave me a 46 and it was kind of big. Then, she started to bringing smaller sizes. I finally found 44 being the best fit. Then, I asked for dark red or maroon color. Ah, perfect. I just needed to reduce my middle-aged men's belly to get the right look. I was pretty happy with my purchase. She was quick to find me what I wanted. I hope to bring my coworkers here to shop. This time, the class was a manageable size with 2 instructors. I feel like class went SO much better and I made a lot more progress on my project. The teacher was able to catch some of my mistakes and correct them and I was also able to ask questions. I'm really glad I gave it another try, and I'm looking forward to finishing my project.

I told her she was breaking the federal law then she offered me a spot way in the back by myself so no one would complain. I immediately asked for a refund as that was discriminatory. I cannot believe I was treated this way trying to learn a new hobby. But now reading the other reviews it seems I have dodged a bullet by not taking this class.
