With receipt, original box, and all accessories, I went to the shop for a replacement. Upon arriving, I let the gentleman at the counter know what was going on and demonstrated how the unit was not working. He did his check, confirmed my issue, and after 30 minutes of waiting, he had the balls to tell me "...this is a smoke shop. There is no warranty..." Contacted Leaf Buddie and I will be receiving my new unit in the next few days. Warranty replacement... So if you want service for your purchase, don't go to this horrible place... We stuck with the fun and picked out several different funderwear, oils, sexy game dice, pasties and Prosecco penis gummies (these were great tasting too!!!) to throw in the Prosecco flutes at the end of our "Nearly-Wed Game" we threw for my cousin and her fiancé - what a fun time and so glad this place was open for all the fun prizes we needed!
