Difficult to find an adult/novelty shop in Alpharetta/Duluth...where I come from, they are…read moreplentiful, so it was surprising the see how far we had to go to find one. This location is right next door to a gas station and a few other shops (tattoo and other services)... the store was smallish but plenty of room to carry all kinds of lingerie, videos, massage oils, mens and women's sexy funderwear, toys, other devices that need batteries, games, magazines... it also carried smoke shop propaganda for the smokers in the back of the store... I didn't even get to look at everything! I must have missed so much. We stuck with the fun and picked out several different funderwear, oils, sexy game dice, pasties and Prosecco penis gummies (these were great tasting too!!!) to throw in the Prosecco flutes at the end of our "Nearly-Wed Game" we threw for my cousin and her fiancé - what a fun time and so glad this place was open for all the fun prizes we needed! I "checked in" after we left and a surprise offer popped up.....15% off - so we missed out, but although not the friendliest staff, I would shop here again and use that 15% off!

With receipt, original box, and all accessories, I went to the shop for a replacement. Upon arriving, I let the gentleman at the counter know what was going on and demonstrated how the unit was not working. He did his check, confirmed my issue, and after 30 minutes of waiting, he had the balls to tell me "...this is a smoke shop. There is no warranty..." Contacted Leaf Buddie and I will be receiving my new unit in the next few days. Warranty replacement... So if you want service for your purchase, don't go to this horrible place... If i could give this place negative stars, i would. This place is sexist, disinterested in business…read moreand over priced. I walked in here looking for cotton and juice once night. I asked the guy working what the options were for cotton, and he proceeded to show me 3 options, all price at $10-15. Who pays that much for COTTON?! i've never paid more than $7 for really good cotton, and this place was almost double that. I decided to decline on getting the cotton, but wanted to look at their juice selection. It was tiny and depressing. Very few options to choose from, and still way overpriced. A 60ml bottle was $25! That's ABSURD! if im paying $25 for juice, it's a 100ml bottle at least. On top of all of this, the guy showing me the products started at my boobs the ENTIRE TIME, which only pissed me off more. He also sounded bored and annoyed with my presence. My husband and i will NEVER be back. This place is horrible, and we can't wait for it to go out of business. It's places like this that make real vapers look bad.

Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! The lovely Shae was generous with her time & insight on the massive inventory from the Smoke Shack. The constant invention of some apparatuses blew me away like a smoking instrument that can be chilled before usage to ease the effects on one's throat. The layout of the store is extremely clean & staged just right with dimmed lighting, colorful displays of glass, artwork, products galore including snacks, drinks & whatever else one can imagine in a smoke shop. Smoke Shack also offers a Rewards Program through Clover. For the gifts I picked up I shelled out no more than $26 & lucked up on a Cheech Glass Bag - I'll rep Cheech & Chong all day long. Smoke Shack has a small team of friendly employees assisting customers & answering nonstop questions. You do not have to indulge or partake to get expert guidance as Shae shared with me, the information was mind-blowing...pun intended. Thanks again Shae for your time & cool vibe.
