Terrible company! On 16th march I ordered a 7 piece make up set, a voucher from Groupon which was a birthday present and it is now 11th May and I have still not received it!! Originally when I ordered I was told there was a 3-7 day delivery time, after two weeks it had not arrived and I was moving house. I had emailed them before hand and asked them to amend the delivery address but apparently they had already sent it out for delivery. It apparently arrived the day after I moved out. I wasn't annoyed at this point these things happen. But when I emailed them asking them to resend to another address (again) I was getting very short, one lined, unhelpful emails. After about 5 emails and another 2 weeks they eventually agreed to send the parcel to the new address so long as I pay the postage again. I was quite annoyed now as they hadn't delivered in the time frame they promised, but I paid anyway. This was probably over 2 weeks ago now and I am still waiting. I emailed them again asking where my order is, making my complaint and asked if I could have a tracking number to find out where it is. The only response I had was 'your will receive your order soon as it has been dispatched'. In other words 'not our problem'. I am appalled by their awful customer service, all I want is my make up and an apology!! Not once have they said sorry all the emails come across as rude and I have been extremely patient and polite with them until now! Only gave one star, because you have to make a selection Unhelpful and IN NO WAY customer service orientated! I ordered something and duly paid for postage etc. Firstly the order was sent to the wrong address fortunately I know my neighbour. Then I found that they had sent me two nail oils instead of the special varnish that I wanted (and the only reason I ordered the whole package). I emailed them and probably waited over week for someone to get back to me I asked them to please send the correct product together with a self address stamped envelope so I could send that back the incorrect product for them. The response was, sorry, please send back and then we will send you the correct product! Needless to say I again expressed that I was not happy to spend more money regardless of how much, plus I don't have time to go to the post office. Living social then got involved and disappointingly did nothing. I am shocked as the way this was dealt with what has happened to customer service not even an offer to refund the initial postage so that I was not out of pocket. Clearly a Mickey mouse set up with no actual interest in the customer! Very disappointed! I paid for something and should received it ! read more

Using this company has given me one of my worse experiences online. I had a wowcher voucher to use, I logged on to the just she web site which was slow and clunky what should have been a 5 minute job took over half an hour of frustrating inputting info several times. I was told 3 days delivery but after 3 weeks I am still waiting for my item. I have emailed this company 4 times but so far they have not had the courtesy to resopnd. Terrible web site Terrible/non existant customer service I would never use again, I do not recommend this company there are plenty more alternatives out there dont waste your time and money. read more

Zero stars was not an option, so one it is. Terrible, terrible company who have no idea of what customer service is. Having changed my address on their website I have been told that you can't change your delivery address and that it is stated on the website and so my parcel is 200 miles away in a property I have no access to. As I told the man on the phone who told me every time I call back I will be told the same thing.I will be complaining to everyone and anyone who will listen. Do not use this company. I purchased a deal from nectar daily deals (5 l'oreal products for £20), when I recieved my voucher I visited the just she website, made my selection, put in my voucher code and was charged £53.14 instead of the £3.99 p&p I should have paid. I contacted them straight away, 7 emails later I am still waiting for a reply and the phone number on the site just goes to an answering machine that says it is full and you cannot leave a message. I had a trouble placing order as i am not so good in computers then i called justshe .They have been brilliant in every way. Our over all impression of the company, and especially their customer support, was extremely high. We have been very impressed!. TERRIBLE! I've been waiting for delivery for 4.5 weeks now The lady keeps saying the order was sent by 2nd class post so it might take few weeks to get it delivered! Really?! Few weeks??? I have rang them 4 times now and hear the same story every single time! Last week I was told the issue would be passed on to the manager. I bought an epilator from Just She which developed a fault after four months. Just She first tried to claim they didn't stock them any more -they are still on the website- then completely ignored my requests for a repair/refund. I eventually got a replacement from Remington, despite The Sale and Supply of Goods Act deeming the retailer responsible for any redress within the first year. If I could take away the one star I just gave I would. Never use this company. I purchased a set via Wowcher from Just She, 2 months later it didn't arrive. I tried to contact Just She on several occasions (as did Wowcher) and we never got a reply.
