It's a decent salon and my husband has his hair cut here and his beard trimmed quite regularly. There is always a bit of a wait but there is often no need for an appointment which is a good thing. The salon obviously has regulars which is great and they always do a really good job I think so does my husband! Its quite reasonably priced although they have put the price up. On his lst visit I think my husband paid £10 for his hair cut.

The service is so friendly but also expert and the setting is beautiful. I've had serious colours and cuts as well as simple trims and styles, and all have been perfect. The place had a recent revamp and to give you a flavour. What you ask is what you get. To date I have never been disappointed. The people that walk through the doors may offer you free food, latest DVDs, clothes, shoes, perfume. This is an unknown extra which you can participate in if your lucky when getting your head clipped. You can choose the music you wish to listen to. The staff are very friendly also. I would give this a 5 star but be wary this place can be heaving in the event of a special occasion. For example if evryone is celebrating a religious festival such as christmas, eid or diwali. In that case you just have to grit your teeth to ensure you get your turn asap because the supply can just about cope with the demand and the place will meet that demand by staying open beyond opening hours. ie it has a few times been open until 1-2 am in the morning. NOW THATS THE ACCREDITATION OF A QUALITY BARBER BY THE PEOPLE!!!

The shop is actually much closer to a classic style barber shop (all that's missing is the pole outside), a style I much prefer over the aforementioned salon style that seems to be everywhere nowadays. I've been a couple of times, and both times a basic cut has cost me just £11.50, and the friendly barber clearly has a lot of experience, as he did a great job on both occasions (I've mentioned before that my hair normally looks terrible for a week after a cut, however Concept have kept it looking presentable).

It is not the biggest women's hairdressers around, but it certainly looked the part. The equipment they used looked very modern, clean and hygienic. I was very comfortable in their waiting area. The seats were comfy and they had a nice selection of magazines on offer to browse through whilst I waited. I was even offered a beer or a glass of white wine, but I only really wanted a cup of tea. I told them this and they were more than happy to offer me a cup. The haircut and blow dry cost my girlfriend thirty pounds and she was very pleased with the job done. I thought her hair looked great and would therefore recommend them to all the women I know.

Considering the amount of people they have in there, 'my little dark-haired hairdresser' always remembers me and we always have a fantastic chat (really should find out her name!) As a lone parent, this wasn't feasible, but she is so over the moon with 'Just Cuts' I will just say if money is a bit short and you're quite happy not to have a blow dry that you will probably wash out 2 days later, 'Just Cuts' is definately the place to go. I think more recently I've just had my hair done by Eric here and haven't seen his partner in business around but this chap has had a long life of experience and knows what he is doing, so you're always in safe hands and the shop has a steady stream of clients throughout the day. Moving down to London was hard as I kept having to go back home having not found anywhere down here that was cheap or cheerful or provided a decent cut and service.
