This pharmacy is located in the Lakeside Surgery on Cottingham Road so it is very handy if your doctor is there. I have had a wide range of prescriptions here and they have always had them in stock. They also stock a small range of other products. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I have given them only 4* as sometimes they get very busy and I have waited over 1/2 in the past from entering the pharmacy to leaving with my prescription. read more

I find the Whole thing a shambles to be honest but most of the staff are lovely so thats why i havent marked it as negative. The chemist counter seems to run ok but Not fantastic , The staff here are always helpful but some times havent a clue. The pharmacy is a nightmare, The waiting time is sometimes upto over a hour and then when your done they dont have Your items, There is a pharmisit in particular that is very moody and never willing to help. not one of the largest boots, it is in the new willow centre right next door to wilkinsons it has a nice smallish selection of items, a small perfume counter with a good choice of smellies, a small choice of toys and gifts plus a small choice of baby items, plus the usual haircare, etc the staff are always helpful and friendly, there is also a pharmacy good for prescriptions or advise, boots usually have a good range of seasonal gifts, and there is usually a pixi photo here on a regular basis. read more
