I'm quite torn on this location…read more It is fully functional, and the company in general offers a lot of great options at this location, but it is just so old and starting to get a bit tatty. Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

Food can be over priced but you will always get top notch food. Some food that is not good enough is sold on the other companies who sell it Layout of store is great and i often shop here with friends and family. Arena M&S is better though

They have a paharmacy toward the rear of the shop with the till. You can get your normal medicines etc which are on the left as you go in. But if you require something stronger then you have to ask for them to unlock them. As these ones are kept under lock and key. Purposely to protect people from buying something they dont need or that could cause harm. Their pharmacy has a pharmacist who is very well educated and do their best to help you sort any problems you may have out. Their knowledge can get you the best medicine for you problems, also being told what can or cant be taken alongside, or wether there are any side effects. A great little store with lots of offers on too, especially on things like soaps, they sometimes have buy one get one frees, others just have ££'s off the retail prices. So its always good to go in for things like soaps etc as you may find a bargain. Apart from that staff are friendly and do their best to help you out. Their prices are also relatively competitive too!

It is just ladies clothes and attracts older people generally. The ranges are usually more conservative and less trendy. My sister recently got married in Thailand and left it a little late to go dress shopping, but Crystals were amazing. They had a fantastic range of dresses and were so totally professional in all aspects of the sale. The owner is such a lovely lovely lady, she put us totally at ease and didn't mind my sister coming back in to try her dress on a number of times. The shop is really clean and spacious and well laid out, with a fantastic range of really on trend styles and designs. I would recommend it to anyone unreservedly.
