There is a much larger Boots store over two floors in the lower precinct which has everything you could need, but these are very handy. The staff are always extremely friendly and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, more so than my own GPs I think.

There was plenty of parking available and the store itself was very bright, clean and with wide aisles. However it was hard to find stuff cause they only had x3 (yep only three!!!) boards hanging from ceiling providing information on what is located in which aisle. I finally stood in line at the register to request help to find the eyepatch (it was located behind the prescriptions desk!). I The lack of staff floating around, available to help was obvious, and in my opinion, something this pharmacy should look to rectify. But overall received good service, and once found a staff member, they gave us directions to all the aisles where things I needed were located, so my shopping then went by quickly. They provide a loverly service aswell, when you are just buying over the counter stuff and really do recommend the best products whether that's boots own or other brands, and she even tells me which is the cheapest option to go for. I must say that the boots the chemist in my opinion is much better than any of the others in rugby and does fefinatly provide a great and effiecent service, I like the fact that you can go browsing in the store while they complete your prescription, especially if you are like me and have very large prescriptions.

There are no issues with the goods on sale and the shop is quiet smart. There is a shared car park at the rear. The only criticism is over some of the staff. On a good day the staff are great and really helpful on a bad day they are rude, aloof and condescending. A good example, today a Thursday in December 2011 my partner collects a prescription and the system is to pay at another till. After waiting for a good while a lady challenges her and says we're closed Well I'm the customer and I want to pay for these well the tills are off so we cant thankfully we were rescued by less-aloof member of staff who apologies for the previous member of staff. Several people have mentioned similar experiences, so with that in mind only 3 stars this time.

Fantastic old fashion dispensing chemist just off The Parade. They are the opposite of what you get…read morefrom a large chain and offer a great, personal service. The premises are small but they pack in a wide variety of traditional chemist products including talc and perfume from traditional companies such as Yardley and Bronnley. They also sell a good range of Denman and Mason Pearson hairbrushes and are one of the few places I've found with a good range of hot water bottles and hot water bottle covers. Don't think they don't keep up with the times though! They stock a great range of Badger Balm products and are happy to provide advice on traditional remedies. Highly recommended for those looking for something different to the chain chemists.

This is a nice sizeable store, with lots of beauty counters and a very wide range of products. Having an advantage card is good as every time you go in you can check the machine and see if there are any offers for you. Sometimes there are freebies! They also do really good offers like 'till spits' where you spend over a fiver and get a £5 makeup voucher for free which is great as there is no minimum spend so it's essentially a free bit of makeup. Their food selection is quite good to, they do a lunch offer so if you are caught without food then you could do a lot worse than going in here. I've always found the staff to be excellent as well, really helpful.
