Lush is an amazing shop. The scent draws you in before you even see the shop. The staff are friendly and the shop is well laid out, accessable for pushchairs too. I recommend the bubble bars and the shower gels. You can even ask for samples if there are items you arent sure about ie facial cleansers. read more

I ordered some items online from lush cosmetics a few days ago. When I received my items 2 of my bath bombs and one bath oil was ruined . It was dumped in the bin by the delivery driver . After I emailed lush I can say I have never received such excellent customer service in my life !! After I sent pictures of my damaged goods lush resent my broken products!
