I called after treating my daughter at home, thinking we were good, and then on the last "comb out just to be sure" Day, I found a bunch of nits on the side of her head. That was it, I needed professional help! From the second the woman picked up, I felt more at ease. The woman who answered the phone was able to find a location and book an appointment, not only on the same day, but on a Sunday. I first called at 11am Sunday morning and by 5pm, we were back home and my daughter was lice/nit free. The location in (Hamilton, NJ) was so clean and surprisingly relaxing. We were the only family so it was very private and discreet feeling. They also had iPads for the kids to play on, and not just my daughter but my other children too. Becky, the technician who treated my daughter has the patience of a saint! I couldn't say enough good things about her. If I'm completely honest, no exaggerating, my daughter is one of the worst kids to deal with regarding anything she doesn't want to do or is scared of doing(which adds up to a lot of things). Becky kept her cool and did the best job that I could've hoped for. I went home breathing a sigh of relief for the first time in 3 days. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I can not help but rave about this place, and I want the world to know about it! A few days ago, my family fell victim to lice despite my weekly checks during the course of the school year. I found nits in my young daughters hair at 5 in the afternoon, and immediately called Lice Lifters. She told me that they were leaving for the day, and I begged her to stay to confirm my hunch. She gladly obliged, and we arrived 7 minutes later. Not only did she take the time to check my family of 4, but she then spent another half hour comforting us, and teaching us all we needed to know about the situation at hand while the children played happily in the playroom. She made appointments for us to come back the next morning at 9 am for treatment. We spent almost 4 hours in a private suite being treated with a 99.9% effective medical device, and comb out that will likely be covered by medical insurance! Its's strange to say, but I enjoyed the entire morning! And it provided me with some much needed relaxation since the things I needed to do at home (washing and vacuuming everything) still awaited me. We left lice free, and armed with an arsenal of tools and product to insure it won't happen to us again. I can't stress enough that this needs to be your first call in waging the war on those pesky little creatures!

Contacting Jan at Lice Happens was money well spent and gave me the peace of mind that we are clear. Not knowing where to begin, we phoned Lice Be Gone promptly at 8am on a Monday morning and spoke with a representative who booked us immediately for a 10am appointment in the Waldwick office. The office staff is kind and helpful. They requested us to bring a T-shirt to change into after the lice and nits were removed. All three of us were treated in a clean professional office. There was a tv available to watch while the staff worked through our infested locks and combed out the nits and bugs with conditioner and a lice comb. A second clinician was even called in to help expedite the process. We were unprepared for this nuisance after a week of itching began at the tail end of our Disney World vacation. A shocking Monday morning start and Lice Be Gone made our buggy experience as good as it gets. The office offered complimentary water, snacks, coffee and free wi-fi. I would never have been able to meticulously comb through both of my daughters hair to rid of this.
