Desperate for any form of help and/or advice, I stopped by the place. The owner (sorry, I forgot his name) was so incredibly helpful. As challenging as it was to make adjustments due to the style of the glasses, he was able to figure out a solution. I was so ecstatic!!! Not only did he amend the alignment of the temple arms so I could now wear my glasses, he did so expecting NO COMPENSATION! I was so eternally grateful, I persisted to INSIST he accept my offer of payment. Afterward, he gave me a lovely token (glasses care products). I'm am in AWE of his kindness and professionalism! I needed time for my eyes to focus during my eye exam and she didn't rush me. I suffer terribly from dry eye syndrome and she gave me a full eye treatment for this (drops, gel and moist heat eye mask). Yes, it is expensive. And also they do offer free eye exam if we take the glasses from them and adjust the fee with the glasses.
