He's got a little stove back there in his corner that he always has pots running on. It's almost like a kitchenette. You have a small selection of dishes but the portions are generous, and he really makes each dish right there fresh and full of flavor. The butter chicken is not the regular yogurty creamy tomatoey sauce that you might be use to. This is more herbs and spices and a bit stronger in flavor but that's what I love about it. The chicken is always tender and he puts it over a bed of biryani rice that's also been cooking in a lot of delicious flavor packed herbs. It's literally a flavor explosion. I keep coming back because we've never been disappointed with the food and it really has a home made taste and feel to it.
