costs! Do not trust a single word this company tells you. They are running a textbook predatory pricing scam and employ people who lack basic human decency. I was completely misinformed about their removal costs. When the crew arrived on-site, they hit me with a staggering, extortionate charge of $230 for literally two cardboard boxes. Because their on-site pricing was so absurd, I rightfully refused to let them take my couch and loveseat. To prove just how fraudulent and corrupt their business practices are: the company later emailed me a formal quote claiming the total cost to remove the couch, the loveseat, and the two boxes was $398 plus tax. Look at that math. They charged $230 for two light boxes, but claim a massive couch and heavy loveseat combined only cost an extra $168? It is a blatant bait-and-switch. They pull numbers out of thin air on-site to scam people out of as much money as possible. As disgusting as their financial fraud is, the behavior of the driver and the swamper was infinitely worse. When I rejected their inflated on-site pricing for the furniture, they actually stood there and made jokes about the fact that I wasn't willing to pay "rape charges." Let that sink in. Representatives of this company think throwing around casual jokes about sexual assault is an acceptable, funny response to a customer rejecting their predatory rates. This company is a disgrace from the top down. They use deceitful, moving-target pricing tactics to fleece customers, and they hire garage-tier staff who bring hostile, abusive language onto your property. I am utterly appalled. I was quoted $215 over the phone but it ended up costing me $350. Damage was done to my brand new door frame (he took $25 off but still cost me $350). Also damaged the closet door and never said anything about it. I never noticed til the next day. Definitely do not recommend this company and I will not be using them ever again. read more

Terrible inconsiderate staff. They were poorly parked directly across from each other on a narrow street. A small car may have been able to fit through but I had a truck and trailer that definitely couldn't fit. There was staff outside the house but nobody moved it. I had to get out of my vehicle to ask the staff to pull the one vehicle forward. They mouthed me off and said there was lots of room. After I finally convinced one of them to move the vehicle parked parallel to the curb back so that I could get by. Then as soon as I moved by, he pulled the junk truck right back across from their other truck, barley allowing the vehicle behind me to get through. There was plenty of parking on the street and no need to park directly across from their vehicles. Staff needs better training. read more

The two employees were great, but being charged that much, especially while reading others with seemingly way larger loads, was charged less than that. Please don't use this company, I have no idea why their rating is so high. They will give you an "estimate" on the phone but will charge you double once they arrive. I asked for an estimate on a queen sized mattress and the quoted price was reasonable. When the workers arrive they quoted me double. How does the price for a mattress ( I gave the exact size on the phone) change upon arrival. A queen size mattress is a standard size. They use deceitful sales tactics to get your business. The story changes once they arrive. I've used other junk removal services and I've never had this problem. The workers even offered to take my bed slats for "free" knowing they could sell them and make money from them. I almost call that stealing? This was not the experience there web site is advertising, they are very vague on what the actual cost is and surprise you with a generic quote on a phone that shows there rates once they are in your home. Not only am I dissatisfied, I am disgusted with the service that was provided. The only reason I chose to use this company was their supposed commitment to recycling which has proven to be entirely false. They did provide me a quote when they arrived. However, when they were finished they said sorry, we made a mistake; it is going to cost more. The items picked up included packed boxes that were labelled as to contents. Included in the boxes were collector plates, new small kitchen appliances and a significant quantity of dishes and glasses (marked fragile). Additionally there was office furniture and used computer equipment. When I saw how they were loading the truck, literally throwing everything from 10-20 feet behind the truck I mentioned that I was told that they recycled what they could. Their response was that the manager looked at the job list for that day and decided which jobs they would consider for recycling. At this point I mentioned that the desk was less than 2 years old and should be recycled. Next time I went to check, they were in the midst of what appeared to be a contest of who could kick the furniture apart the quickest - including the essentially new desk. read more

Excellent service! I would like to thank the team for very professional and courteous service. Booking the appointment using the online tool was very easy. The cost estimate is fairly accurate. The guys called 15min before the appointment and were at the house at 9am (for an 9 am to 11am appointment).
