One, they are excellent communicators. They let me know when they are coming, and leave a sheet explaining what they have done when they leave. Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them.
