Being from the west coast I was concerned about finding a salon here that would be able to hold up to the standards I was used to from Hawaii. As a husband and wife duo owning their salon in this location for the past 15 years they've built up a wonderful salon with very educated stylus's. If you check out their website bellahairsalon.com you will find answers to all your questions. Last week I had my color touch up done by Amy the owner, "WOW" she is hot stuff!! You have to read her bio on their website you will be so impressed and it's not just hype, her experiences are definitely a reality. I'm super picky when it comes to finding a good salon that can fit my needs which most of the time I'm out of luck. But not here at "BELLA!!! If you want your hair to look like you just came off a tv or movie set then you want Amy to do your hair‍ Another highlight (no pun intended lol) their prices are extremely affordable for what you get. Check them out and tell me what you think??

I may have to take mini-vacations back to the area just to get my hair cut/colored! She has also worked on my daughter's hair and each appointment is a pleasure. Also, kudos to Sarah, who gives excellent haircuts to my son-- and he has crazy cowlicks. Somehow, she makes his hair manageable. Thank you, Vogue of Swansboro! We will miss your great work! Title: Disappointed by Complete Lack of Loyalty and Flexibility for Long-Term ClientsI have been a…read morededicated client of the Swansboro Wild Olive Salon location for over three years, making the 45-minute drive to visit every three weeks. I held this establishment in high regard and trusted them completely. Unfortunately, today that relationship was entirely broken.Due to an unforeseen emergency, I was running 14 minutes behind. I called while on my way to give them a heads-up. Despite my years of loyalty, I was rigidly told that because of a 10-minute late policy, I would be turned away because they were slammed for the 4th of July holiday. I even offered to skip my blow-dry to make up for the 4 minutes, but was told my stylist Grace was already overbooked.I was literally moments from pulling into the parking lot, begging to be seen, and was still turned away. Turning away a client who frequents your business every three weeks over a matter of four minutes--especially when a compromise was offered--shows a complete lack of integrity and customer appreciation. It is tasteful business practice to value relationships over rigid booking windows. Because my loyalty was not acknowledged, I have canceled all of my upcoming appointments for the next several months and will not be returning.
