I recommend arriving early for appointments just so that you can sit a while and have a complementary coffee or cookie or both. Just sit for 20 minutes and pre-relax. I have read many of the comments posted here on Yelp and I am not sure about those. The staff has awards for their services and these few comments against a quiet client history is hardly credible.

They are consistently honoring my appointment time when I call to make one- none of that showing up and sitting around for 30 minutes past appointment time. Their selection of colors & services is extensive, everyone is sure to find something. The technicians are extremely thorough and take their time no matter how busy the salon is. What I love most about this salon is how clean it is kept. You don't see nail dust or smell nail remover upon walking into the salon. The employees & most of the customers are wearing masks. There are also plastic shields in place for the manicure stations. This is a great local spot for nail services and I will continue to come here and be impressed with my manicures & pedicures.

When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. Stay away from this horrid place.
