Avoid this office! We have had a great experience with Dr German in Ohio. Then we moved to…read morePrattville and transferred treatment to Dr Petrunic. What a mistake! The dentist is inept and most of his staff is rude and mediocre. I observed the assistant not follow the hygiene protocol while treating my child. The retainer I ordered cracked within a month. They refused to replace it and from then on started treating me rotten. I should have left butt we already had paid a fortune. At the end, Dr Petrunic didn't not complete the promised treatment of overbite and we were forced to get another set of braces ($3000+) elsewhere after we moved. I never yelled or called anyone names. I was polite and just wanted the service we paid for. I saw the personal negative notes they entered into my child's file and I was not amused. They don't communicate well nor deliver the service. It doesn't help when the Dr enters either not talking to you or saying "Hey, girl!" Unprofessional in every way
