No practice of any kind should ever try to step on a parents toes and not respect what they are saying. Protect your children an always put your foot down for your babies. Hopefully this want happen to another parent. No one time is plenty enough no need in continuing to ask over an over again. You couldn't pay me to return to this office.

So like I stated earlier, my daughter was a champ in her chair, no cries no nothing. But my son he fought and cried. I had to hold him down for the most part. But we made it thru the whole ordeal. There are tablets and TVs, along with earphones so the kids can relax. I would say my only criticism is that sometimes the children's area can get kind of rowdy and some parents don't correct their kids. This makes it uncomfortable for everyone. But it's a great place, wonderful doctors and staff.

In midyear 2023 they no longer accepted my insurance provider Cigna Dental. The only change for me was that MGM Dentistry moved from an in network provider to an Out of Network provider. Out of Network providers with Cigna Dental are still paid and I have a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE for two annual routine dental visits. After several requests to this group to file my claim correctly they have done nothing and continue to invoice me $250 plus for a cleaning that clearly is a ZERO deductible to me. To further complicate and inconvenience me is that MD is in the middle of replacing a warranted crown that I paid in full. The crown procedure cracked my tooth root and two months later I am paying an Oral Surgeon to extract the tooth and prepare my jaw for an implant. However I remain in limbo since MD can't get my coverage straight. I never asked for this situation and I feel MD has dropped the ball and is unwilling to take the task to manage a transition in insurance coverage created by their action.
