They are very consumer friendly and enjoy speaking and making connections with customers. I see other reveiws where people complain about how they handle the lines, I think that's valid. Often times when its busy it's hard for them to manage that line. Additionally, with shops like this, there is more than just customers buying products. Often there are staff making "trades" and "deals" with customers, and those take time to finalize. Either way, if you are a fan of popular TCG's, looking for a place to take part in TCG events, play board games, or even just looking for a place to make meaningful connections with others who share the same hobbies as you... this is the place. A lot of great food nearby as well if you wanted to grab a bite to eat. I would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone who enjoys these sort of hobbies.

The stamps in particular have been a real challenge. Well, things finally changed once I met Dr. Saslow of Ye Olde Curiositie Shoppe. He is a kind, amicable, and very intelligent man. Curiously, we discovered him through on an old receipt amongst my Father's things -- he had purchased from Dr. Saslow himself, back in the day! We called and made an appointment and visited him on two separate occasions. This is a man who clearly knows his field. He went through everything carefully, and acknowledged what was worthwhile and had value and what did not. He very fairly purchased my late Father's entire coin collection and much of his stamp collection. For me, getting it into the hands of someone who cares (not to mention who actually knew my Father) was a great joy. Thank you Dr. Saslow, for being there and doing right by my family.

The convention center is easily accessible from major highways. The parking is slightly challenging for dealers with box trucks, but that said it is ample. This is an extremely large auction. There is a fantastic variety, and 2 to 4 auctions running simultaneously. It is challenging if you do not have help to pack and load. They do however have many carts for use with a drivers license hold (for security). The auctioneers are incredible. Very good at what they do, and one in particular in the toy section is quite the personality! He kept the mood light and his sense of humor and bid calling style is refreshing. Staff was helpful and everyone seemed to work together well. It is a LONG auction day, so come prepared. Food truck on site is decent and has vegetarian options. It was a drama free experience and we will return

He establishes the rules and abides by them which is unlike other online auctions where they keep extending the bid time to squeeze out every last penny. He also hold several events throughout the year where sports celebrities are in attendance for photos and signatures. The store itself is like a trip back to some of my greatest childhood memories.
