I also had an issue at checkout where I was accidentally charged twice for an item. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful days, but I hope the store can work on creating a more welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers. I usually enjoy coming to this location, so I'd love to see some improvement in the customer service experience.
