If i could give more stars I would. Great customer service on the phone and in person as well. I needed an old couch and huge, heavy old Sony trinitron tv hauled away. When Bekins moved these items into my apartment they did nothing but complain about how heavy they were. I was told I would have a pickup time of 11:00 to 11:30. They came right on time at exactly 11:00. Josh and Zach were great. They couldn't have been more nice and had no issues with the weight of my items. Such a different experience from what i had to deal with the Bekins movers. They said you will never hear us complain about anything. Such nice and polite guys!!! I will definitely use them again if i have need for more junk removal. Highly recommend and will definitely let people know how good they are. Payment was exactly as quoted on the phone. First, on October 24th I failed to acknowledge Richard and Aviel in my review -comments. As i was too excited to write the review for the job well done on that day. This is my 3rd time using Junkman and as in the past continue to make the 5-star rating. Aviel and Brandon were AWESOME. On time as scheduled called let me know they were in route. Extremely professional and very courteous. Again, they handed the items with care as some are hard to part with. They were very efficient, a job I thought would take 2 plus hours was done in an hour-half that included sweeping and cleaning up. Great job guys you're the best. I was very pleased with the entire process. Needed to have a queen mattress set and low profile platform removed from my garage. I filled out the online form with my information late in the afternoon and received a return call within 5-8 minutes! The gentleman on the phone was very professional and courteous. He advised that he could take care of pick up the very next day! The quote I received was what I paid. The drivers called in advance to advise they were on their way and gave an estimated time of arrival. Sergio and Chris even arrived earlier than the quoted time. That NEVER happens. I was amazed! Awesome job by one who answered my call about getting quote and time expected to get junk hauled off at house used to belong to my aunt. She gave me a quote over the phone for truck load and if it takes more than one truck load. Justin and his partner was able to come same day and took 2 full loads and made sure they only hauled off what we wanted to get rid of and made sure if we changed our mine if we wanted to keep something they put it where we wanted. Awe some job. Not cheap but very reasonable for what job they have to do and very professional. Every person with this company was great to work with. They were helpful, respectful and friendly. It was an extremely tough job to remove a very large built in refrigerator. We had it disconnected, pulled out and ready to go, but it was a beast to handle and they figured it out without causing any damage and were able to complete the job the same day I called. I had an urgent situation because another local junk removal company rescheduled on me twice and then text me 15 min after they were supposed to show up and said we will not be able to do the job. Junkman came out to help when we needed an emergency clean out of a police evacuated property. They gave regular updates on expected arrival time, were courteous and patient while waiting for ok from police to enter, and then made fast work of getting the job done. They worked in the dark with flashlights as there was no power. I was unfortunately there with my two young children in the car and the two men, Sergio and John, even secured the door for me when finished and waited for me to get the little ones buckled so I could leave at the same time and not be alone. Had some junk that was too big for normal trash pickup. Called for a pickup online and was contacted same day. Dennis & Matt were my guys in the truck. They communicated their arrival time very well on day of pickup. Very friendly and professional. I pointed to the pile and they got to work loading it up. They did a very good job stacking it into their truck which made my final cost less than the original estimate. Whole process for my junk took no more than 10 minutes. Service was great and very friendly. There were absolutely no issues with setting up and pick up the rental dumpster. Delivery and pick up were as planned and on time. They have courtesy calls to let you know when they're on their way to your house. I appreciated that. The driver was very professional, he dropped the dumpster in my driveway exactly where I needed it and then and picked it up without a scratch on the driveway. We've used the JunkMan service three times and are pleased with the service. They will cart off a little bit of junk or a ton. The fellows who do the carting and stacking are invariably polite and friendly and very fast. We both have small cars which makes hauling anything difficult, but JunkMan is so easy to contact and very reasonably priced. This company makes cleaning the garage a lot less painful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. It's so worth the cost, which all three times was less than $200, and though cleaning the garage is never fun, JunkMan service is invaluable. read more

5 stars all day. If they have more employees like Anthony and Jordan, ten stars. Had a kitchen remodel. Tore out everything old. Replacing everything was enough work without worrying about the left over junk. Based off of other reviews I took a chance on a company I've never heard of before and I'm glad I did.
