I added a cubic yard or 2 after the photos, but the price came out 50% over the initial estimate. Some of that was disposal fees (though I was clear about the electronics and mattress I was discarding in the initial request), but it felt a bit unfair to hear one number online, another in person, and a third higher number during checkout. But the price in the end was only slightly over the upfront flat fee quoted by another, so I'm only docking one star.

My schedule can be pretty hectic, and they worked around my timing both times, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. What makes me appreciate this business even more is that it is truly family-run -- husband, wife, and daughter working together and getting the job done. There's something special about supporting a local family business that is dependable, hardworking, friendly and easy to work with. After multiple experiences with them over the years, I don't need to look around anymore. JJ's Hauling are my go-to guys AND girls! I highly recommend them.

Speed: They came out the same day, and everything I wanted gone was loaded up in about 30 minutes! Payment: There were no add-on charges or "late discoveries." Ed prefers payment via Zelle, so the transaction was quick and seamless right on the spot. Would I use Bay Junk again? I definitely will on my next big cleanup project. Highly recommended!
