Can't say enough about the great job Nick did and his poise under pressure. He responds quickly with an estimate and shows up when he says he will. He had to double park and a moving truck tried to get by, but didn't have enough room. I'm not going to go into details, but the short version is the mover was a jerk. I recently employed Junkcat to remove some items from my mother's home. I have never before posted a review online but am compelled to do so now. Not only did the office respond promptly to my request but they scheduled our pick up for the next day (Saturday) which I did not expect would be possible. The duo they sent were beyond professional. They were incredibly conscientious, carefully avoiding my mother's pinecone "collection" in front of the house and wiped their shoes every time they crossed the threshold without ever being asked to do so. We recently used JUNKCAT to help clean out many loads of items from the home of a deceased relative who had 50 years worth of accumulated items. Nick, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with! Nick was punctual, efficient, personable, reasonably priced and very professional in every way! He has so far hauled away nine full truckloads. Each time he has hauled a big full load and even helped us by demolishing several of the larger items so they would fit on the truck more efficiently. He has hauled some of the loads to the dump and other loads to charity organizations. He was helpful in identifying what would be accepted by charities and what would be best to take to the dump. Nick also had an accurate knowledge of what the government fees would be on disposing of such things as an old refrigerator and paint cans. He also swept out each room where debris had been removed and left the site very clean.
