They took care of everything from obtaining the permit to calling for a final inspection. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding, with updates on scheduling, progress reports and completion. The best part is that the price was right, being the lowest bidder from three companies in the Pinellas County area. I could not expect better service in every respect from any contractor. (the photos were taken about 5 hours after they started the demo)

My experience with Abbot Construction customer relations was extremely disappointing. Communication…read morewas poor, responses were slow, and when we did receive replies, they were often unhelpful or dismissive. For a company that operates in a service-driven industry, the lack of professionalism and accountability was surprising. Instead of working toward resolving concerns, the process felt frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Basic follow-up and customer care seemed to be lacking, which made what should have been a straightforward interaction much more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service is a major part of any construction project, and unfortunately my experience with Abbot Construction's customer relations fell well below expectations. I hope they take steps to improve how they communicate with and support their clients going forward.

I had reported this to Walt in a text, his response was if I wanted it replanted. The issue here was the spot where the tree was, there was no reason for it to be removed. After the job was done Walt mentioned that according to the proposal, if it was in the area of the drainage, it would be removed. The damn tree was 6 feet away from the digging area. I had 2 other trees in the same area and nothing was done to them. The workers decided to rip the tree out and take the route of the ditch versus the road in front where it was completely clear. The sad part is there were no apologies what so ever or reimbursement ($250.00) for the tree. I should have gone with Martin Septic.

We used Artisan Home Renovators to perform a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. We truly…read morecouldn't be happier with the outcome. We picked a small, natural travertine tile that was probably very tedious to install. The installation was around the entire bathroom from the floor to 4' up the wall. Zak's attention to detail was second to none. I cannot find a single flaw in the tiles or installation. In fact, Zak even hand-picked the most interesting & best looking tiles to be installed in areas most likely to be seen most often. Who does that? Now when we brush our teeth or sit on the toilet, those specific tiles are in full view - absolutely beautiful work. During the remodel he also installed a bathtub where there wasn't one before, built a wall, installed a dual sink vanity & medicine cabinet, installed exhaust fan & lighting fixtures, installed vinyl plank flooring, replaced most of the drywall, textured and painted. Many pictures of the work are included on Artisan Home Renovators' Google page. I can't speak highly enough about Zak's skills, professionalism and friendly demeanor. We won't hesitate to contact him in the future when we need this type of work again.
