When I first called to inquire about their services, Tonya was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions which put my mind at ease. On the day of the removal, the team, lead by Mike, showed up right on time with a smile and a fantastic attitude. They were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. What really stood out to me was how respectful they were of my home. Junk Sharks handled everything with care and made sure to leave the space spotless afterward. You could tell they genuinely cared about providing great service, and they took pride in their work. It was such a relief to have the clutter and old items finally gone, and I felt so supported throughout the process. It's rare these days to find a company that operates with such honesty, integrity, and kindness. If you're looking for a junk removal company that is reliable, professional, and truly puts their customers first, this is the one to choose. I would recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely call them again in the future. Thank you Junk Sharks!!!

Gabe, you still don't get it. You would rather debate on Yelp, then just pay what you owe me and…read moremove on. And hopefully learn a lesson and take responsibility for his own mistake. Let's be clear: I contacted him about the issue, and I even spoke with his wife--who acknowledged it and offered reimbursement. That offer was never honored. Instead, I got excuses and denial. So I did what I had to do. I disputed the charge, and the credit card company ruled in my favor and issued a partial refund. All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. Instead of handling a simple problem like a professional, Gabe chose to drag this out, damage his own reputation, and lose future business. At this point, the negative reviews online speak for themselves--and I make sure to share my experience with anyone considering using him. This wasn't complicated. It just required accountability.
