Very disappointing moving experience despite two previous good moves, we hired packers to pack up…read moreour things which they did but overloaded many large boxes with heavy objects making it very difficult to move boxes. The 3 man moving crew only had one experienced mover and other two appeared like it was their first time moving, Crew didn't place boxes in proper rooms despite being told specifically by me and also boxes clearly marked resulting in me having to move almost a 1/3 of the boxes up and down 3 flights by myself. The crowning experience was when I complained to management/Keith he barely said he was sorry. Cant recommend this company anymore as they just didn't appear to care.
