I am moving so I sent out a quote request on Yelp to multiple businesses late on a Friday night, not expecting to hear back for a few days. Heard back from Dennis immediately! Very reasonably priced, probably the best quote I got. On pickup day they were here on time and worked efficiently and fast. It sounds silly, but during moving there is so much to juggle so having the junk picked up was a weight lifted from my shoulders, so that I wasn't trying to do runs to the dump myself in my small SUV. First Time users of Junk Removal When we booked we asked about the recycling I was told YES we recycle NOPE not the case everything was duped into the truck There was a almost New Couch and a perfect running sewing machine all was tossed into the Truck NO RECYCLING DVD's some never used just tossed - I was under the impression that they would recycle. Ask what they mean by recycle. Super disappointed in the attitude as they also came with a 1/2 full truck when we were estimated for a full truck they had to leave (2 hours) to bring another truck..... Just frustrating! read more

Called up Dennis and he answered right away. I told him we had an old Hot Tub and a wood pile (big un-split rounds) among other random things to have hauled away. He texted me a rate sheet that was very helpful. I called another hauler, he also answered right away, said he'd be right over and give a "fair" price. 3 Hours later, When the other guy got there his price was 2x's the rate sheet Dennis sent. Quick efficient service. I had a king size latex mattress Ive been wanting to rid of for 6 months, as well as a few other items including old tires and electronics. I called for an estimate, then scheduled them for 2 days later. They did arrive a bit late but explained that the client before us had unfortunately kept them waiting for an hour. Fairly easy communication via text - they came the next day at the time agreed upon and hauled away a fairly massive amount of junk within 20 minutes or so.
