We had an old bed frame and a head board, two parts of a four seats couch, one small armchair, two dining chairs , two sides of our old baby crib, a microwave and a small cabinet to remove. Two guys appeared on time, they were very nice and polite. Nevertheless, it was a bit shocking to hear that removing all the listed items would cost us 360$. We asked them to take only the big items (bed frame and board, couch, chair, crib parts). This reduced cost to 220$. They also took the microwave after all. Basically full truck load costs around 500$, half truck is 300 (this is what we had). It took them no more than 15 min to load all our stuff. read more

Arrived on time in nice uniforms, called ahead to confirm they were en route with an estimated time of arrival based on gps. They accept credit cards in the field (iPad secure device). It was MORE than worth it and I'll do business with them the next time I need to get rid of a regrettably large item I never should have purchased to begin with. After clearing all out the valuables from our Mother's home after her passing, we reached a point where clearing out the rest of the house seemed overwhelming. We needed a hot tub removed from our screened in back porch. I called a couple of companies I found on the web. Junk Doctors was the most professional and offered the best quote. Polite and professional on the call. Asked me specific information on my request where other company just replied with the quote. As promised, I received a call within the hour of their arrival. Christian and Eric arrived in company attire and were pleasant to work with during the job. Each paid detailed attention to assuring the hot tub was removed but without damaging the floor or tearing any screens. Moving is always a pain and this move I needed to get rid of some stuff that I wasn't going to have room for at my new house. I set up an appointment with Junk Doctors on Tuesday with a 2 hour arrival window for Wednesday. Not only did they have no problem with the short notice but were actually 5 minutes early for their time window which of course never happens (take notes, cable companies). The two guys who showed up were extremely nice and personable. They walked through my home with me and didn't have any issue with me being a pain and continuously asking them to add/subtract things from the list to see how they affected the final cost, which I appreciated. They got started around 12:15 and by 12:45 everything I wanted out was gone and they were shaking my hand and walking out the door. I hope there is a lot of time before I have to worry about moving again, but should the need arise, I will be calling Junk Doctors to handle any and all junk disposal needs. read more
