Customer for life…read more That is a bold declaration to make in support of a body shop, but alas, it is sincere and well merited. Everyone here that I dealt with was on top of their game and brought it, full steam ahead. I was so pleased to deal with the employees at Metro Collision, both in person and on the phone. Friendly, professional and made me feel like I have been a customer of years. They even sent a personalized thank you card after all was said and done - they thanked ME for the business. Communication: 5 Customer Service: 5 Turn around (some delay due to insurance): 5 Quality of work: 5 Thank you Metro.

I wanted to…read morebring the car to Metro Collision, to bring it home to them for the repairs, and I'm absolutely glad I did. The car came back looking as new as it did the day I purchased it. They paid every attention to detail, I came back expecting to see a similar but scarred car, expecting to see roughness where the paint was added, unevenness in the new parts, and maybe a hatch that would close only with a little more force. What I got was remarkable, identical to the day I drove it off the lot. I'll be back for any repairs, and hope others can find satisfaction their quality of repairs. A big thanks from a grateful customer.

When I reached out to Ideal Auto I spoke with Ida (an amazing woman) who from beginning to end looked out for all my needs from getting the car towed in, my adjuster, my rental and reuniting me with my car ASAP. When I received the call from her that my car was ready (to my genuine surprise!) a few days earlier than I was promised, I was so overjoyed and couldn't wait to come in to meet the crew. The car looks beautiful, and runs amazingly well. Dan the owner and the fine gentlemen who worked on it are to be commended. Thank you all for getting me through this bad situation with such ease and finesse; it's great to find such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No explanation. No apology. Just a complete reversal of what was already agreed on -- even though I had the paper quote in my hand. What makes it worse is that it was close to their closing time. Instead of being honest and telling me to come back tomorrow, they acted like the whole thing never happened. It honestly felt like they just didn't want to do the job anymore because it was the end of the day. Unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they treat customers -- giving quotes and refusing the job 30 minutes later -- I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.
