They are fast, easy to work with, reasonably priced and dependable. I recently downsized after living in a house for 30 years and had accumulated a lot of clutter, debris, and junk during that time. As I moved, I realized that there was a lot more junk than I originally thought and Ryan and Jason were more than happy to come back multiple times to remove it. They removed all of the heavy items such as old refrigerators, BBQs, washers, dryers, etc. and even removed everything from my attic that I could not get to. I didn't even have to lift a finger once Ryan and Jason arrived! They always went above and beyond and made sure to clean each space after they were done. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and try to establish a relationship with each one. I received a same day call back after I left an inquiry on the web site. A very pleasant rep, Ryan, came promptly to give the quote and we booked for two days later. They came out and made quick work of the concrete patio they broke up and took away. They also took away an old refrigerator which I could not find ANYONE to take. Very reasonable price. Junk Bros offered above and beyond service to assist with what I thought was an impossible job. It would have taken me all weekend to accomplish what they did in an hour. I've used other junk removal serviced in the Treasure Valley to assist with my home remodel debris, but Junk Bros was more affordable, faster, and friendlier.
