One never responded, three called by phone and gave me quotes and Hefty Hauling arranged an appointment to come out, take a look at the pile of debris, talk with me and clarify exactly what I wanted done and gave me a reasonable quote. All four companies gave me the exact same quote. I went with Hefty Hauling. I notified the other three I was going with another company and one offered a $100 discount. I rejected it - the difference is the three spent less than five minutes on the phone and did not take the time to personally interface with me to find out exactly what I needed done. The actual work was done in under an hour and a half. It was quick, professional and they guys were great! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend to be cliche. They took everything I needed gone and now I have the space back.

I feel very lucky to have contracted with Sonny to clean out this property. I'm not sure how the…read moreproject would've gone without him. I am from out of state and I was purchasing this distressed property to make a home for my sister in law to live in. The home was occupied by a variety of non-owners who had been piling junk up. A day after I spoke with Sonny on the phone he visited the property to make a quote and spoke with the occupiers. I believe his firm and polite presence allowed us to transition them off property with no ugliness. When I arrived to close he was able to give me a firm quote. That shows a lot of professionalism, since it was a really huge job. It's a 7000 square-foot lot covered in all kinds of stuff including a boat. I let him know I was constrained for time so he got right on it the next day and got so much done including interior demo work that hadn't been part of the first quote that I had no problem paying a large deposit upfront. Unfortunately, there was an escrow problem. We had to stop work for a couple days. When the problem was resolved Sonny was right back on the job the next day. in just two days, it was finished. I was amazed. You can see from the photos that there was an incredible amount of work interior and out. (not to mention the tree that had fallen on the roof.) I was working on projects while they were doing the demo and clean out. I got a chance to hear Sonny handle his customers in a honest and professional manner. I also witnessed him, guiding his crew to his very high standards. His crew was great. I was comfortable and felt secure with them. I found Sonny on Google/yelp. even though he has a great rating with the BBB, his one bad review on yelp gave me pause. however, when I checked that reviewer's other reviews, I found that she had never had a good experience with anyone ever and that review should not and does not represent Sonny's work. I left Sonny with the keys and codes to the property in case my sister-in-law had an emergency because I have so much trust in him.

Sonny was very professional and scheduled my pickup, he checked in with me several times before the appointment. They were very efficient in getting things loaded. I am so grateful for his help to get my items hauled away. I plan to use his services again. Prices were fair and service very professional. There are others in Tucson that would rip you off, but this company is reliable and trustworthy. Now days we don't get to say that much. My big mess was embarrassing, but Sonny and crew did not shame me, instead their attitude was very helpful. I cannot begin to say how much this meant to me!

I had a bunch of bulky furniture I no longer needed, but didn't have time to sell. I didn't want it to go to the landfill.
