I actually found Jon and his amazing JunkAid team through Thumbtack.com, they were so great I had to write them a review here on yelp! Jon was amazing to work with from the start. He was professional, up front about pricing, and gave us a fair and honest quote.  So I checked out his website at www.junkaid.com, and felt even more comfortable about hiring him. He was able to do the hauling within a couple of hours of me calling, and even called us 30 minutes upon arrival to let us know where he was. That part was great because they actually valued my time. When he arrived 5 minutes early I knew his company was serious about getting the job done. His team was all clean-cut, friendly, professional, and even went out of their way to take extra care to not damage my home when they were moving the clutter into their truck. These guys are awesome. I had called and got a quote from another major company that does a lot of radio ads. I was not happy with what they quoted. I then called junk aid and they gave me a price that was much closer to what I expected, which was significantly less the the other guys. They set the appointment based on my schedule request. They emailed me a confirmation of my appointment time. They called 25 mins before they were scheduled to arrive. They got their about 5 mins early. They were quick, efficient, and even swept up a little before they left. I was worried that the price would change once they got there but it didn't. They were as professional as you could ask for. They guys are awesome. I've got close friends in the Temecula CA area and when I was out visiting them an unfortunate event occurred. A pipe burst and caused their living room to flood. Unfortunately all of their carpet and most of their living room furniture was destroyed. Fortunately they were already planning on getting new living furniture!! Anyways, when I was there they called several folks for junk pickup and they ended up using these guys. They were very nice, sympathetic, and professional. Cleared my office a few days ago before remodeling the building. Amazed how much junk I had accumulated over the years. Did find the odd valuable item that I had forgotten about though! Junk Aid were my choice to help me with the clearing of the rooms and demo work inside. The crew worked hard and fast - even stopping for lunch we finished 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. I called Michael with JUNK AID the other day and they couldn't have been better! I had a ton of junk in my backyard that needed to be removed but it was too much for one person. Michael and his team came in and removed it within an hour and my backyard is so much cleaner now. It also felt good to know that the stuff won't just be taken to the junk as he brings them to locations to be reused by others or recycled. All in all, I highly recommend JUNKAID. read more
