When I got there and went through everything and paid for the blood test and everything then I was quoted $800-$1200 on a piece of paper stating that they had made large Erin quoting me over the phone and that they had should not have done so. I have a hard time believing that they would hire somebody so unintelligent and so misleading to quote something so wrong. I would not take your animal here, pure, and simply due to misleading and very overpriced procedures to the rest of the . Again, one star. The people were very nice.

That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all. I will not be using this business again and I don't recommend them.

The vet had prescribed a prescription food for her. I tried it for one month, and it worked. She was feeling better and her diarrhea was clearing up. I realized my cats health is not a priority to them. Its sad to say. And they didn't even try to make it right.
