In short, I had my living room redone from a dark blue with dark grey ceiling to be redone in Ivory Tusk White and done in gloss oil-based paint for a shiny and tough/durable finish. This is a bear of a job especially since I have Wilton wall-to-wall wool black carpet that is VERY expensive (I have seen this exact carpeting in Buckingham Palace, Trump Tower and in Hulk Hogan's place). I am highly paranoid of it being damaged. The base board needed to be painted as well, and I am proud to say that Elite Painters did a perfect job and not one jot of paint got on the carpet. They also plastered many drywall holes and heavily damaged areas which came out great. Elite Painters is very respectful as I have many delicate objects, and great care was taken to preserve and project everything appropriately. Communication was great and they always showed up on time. In conclusion, Elite Painters is top notch and the owner is very well-spoken and intelligent thus making doing business a breeze. Highly recommended.

The first job they did for me was in 2018 when they painted the interior of my mom's house as we prepared to sell it. We hired Good Hands again in 2019 to paint our house. Again the work was great and it's held up wonderfully four years later. Higo was very kind to schedule the work for when I'd be away with our preschoolers for a long weekend, and the team worked really long days over that weekend to get everything done. Even with the time pressure and the challenge to prep everything and let everything dry before adding a second coat, the work was pristine. We also gotten quotes for other paint jobs where we didn't hire Good Hands because of the price, and we really regretted it on one. Their work may be more expensive than some other painters, but you're paying for quality. So, for any jobs we really care about, we try to hire Higo.

(18k plus) Of course...quick to reply, quick to quote, yes, there's a "warranty" and lots of how their company is "different."And yes, the paint job looked great....for the 1st 3-4 years...and now? Barely 7 years later and I'm looking at having it painted again. Actually, that's not accurate...I was looking at painting it 4 years after I initially painted it. Yes I know about the harsh winters, blah blah...but paint has gotten better...not worse. . I used Ben Moore a quality paint and still the house looks like it hasn't been touched in at least a decade. It's not the paint....it's the labor and the prep I question. Poor caulk, poor primer, allowing the clapboards to get wet. In fact, Chris casually mentioned to me during the project that they initially used the wrong paint but they fixed it.....Huh? We had a contract...it was all in writing. I've left at least 3 messages on Chris's voice mail. through out the years..the 1st when the paint began to peel which was within the 1st 4 years. And then several times without any reply. I didn't expect a reply so no surprise there. Buyer beware...they may paint interiors well and they may have 5 stars but I would seriously consider using this company for exterior painting.
