It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

When the doors were returned, they had clearly not been stripped at all, as the insides of the doors were the original color, and only the exterior of the doors were stained. I bought a bedroom set last summer from a furniture gallery's scratch and dent section. The problem…read morewas that the drawers' trackers were installed poorly and incorrectly. But, the deal was great, and everything else was in nice shape. I tried to fix the drawers, with no expertise on my part, but the fix only lasted a few months. So, I sought professionals to do the fix right. Furniture Techs was the best pre-appointment service, and when I got their quote at our appraisal appointment, I immediately hired them. Their prices are far below the inflated prices of some competitors in an admittedly specialized service market, and the previous reviews here on Yelp made me confident that I would get service. The confidence bore fruit. I got excellent service. He showed up on time. He was eminently professional, and he did his work quicker than I expected. And my dresser drawers slide better than new! That he guarantees his work for 1 year is like a second layer of icing on a cupcake: a wonderful surprise that makes it all the better. Now, while I do not hope I often have need of furniture repair, I know now to whom I'm going when I indeed need such work again.

They redid the moisture barrier and left it in a unworkmanlike manner. They refused to come back and fix it. Why? They cancelled a job for which I paid a down payment without letting me know. Why? I was told we don't work on things we didn't install. Poppycock. Why give the estimate in the first place? And they HAVE worked on the bulkhead before, which they did NOT install! I called to ask why my work was cancelled and why they never came back to finish the job. I asked proactively if they were cancelling my sub pump maintenance appointment for next year, which they did, and never told me. They said they will no longer do business with me and nothing more. After I paid them %1,000s, being a customer since 2019. They installed 2 dehumidifiers, sub pump, back up battery, bulkhead moisture barrier and basement wall moisture barrier. John from the Hooksett office gave me a quote for work, see my earlier review, which they later took back. Huh? What the heck is going on with this company? They just keep repeating we don't do business with you anymore. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I wouldn't use them. Would you?
