Let me tell you about Red Sparrow…read more The first time we used them was a ride to my father's surprise 60th birthday party. The driver showed up 45 MINUTES late and it nearly ruined our carefully-timed arrival at the surprise party. The second time we used them (DUMB, JULIA. So. Dumb.) -- they drove us to a wedding. I agreed upon the return pick-up time as 12:30am about a week in advance. The dispatch had the order. Then, the driver and I agreed verbally when he dropped us off. "See you at 12:30a.m." Welp. 12:30 a.m. came and went. I had the driver's cell number. He said "You called and said to come get you at midnight. I was there and you weren't." Umm... NO I DIDN'T. Then I called dispatch - which provided little to no help. We eventually had to call a cab to come get us an hour away from home. UNACCEPTABLE. Truly I have never in my life received such terrible customer service. Your job is to drive people and pick them up. THAT'S ALL YOUR COMPANY DOES. And you cannot even do that successfully. Fail. Epic fail.

This review is for Gene the Limo driver for Lake Erie Limo…read more My wife and I were married on 5/28/22. From beginning to end, Gene was gracious. Grace is defined as an unmerited gift. He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. Between each set of events, the car kept getting cleaner and cleaner. God bless Gene and Lake Erie Limo Rick and Veronica
