I do…read morenot live far from here but only recently have they turned this farm into a proper visitor place. I was a bit unsure at first because of all the stories escalating around about farms. But as soon as we parked up, we walked over to the pig sty and I instantly fell in love with the little pigs wandering around with their parents in their little den. Then we went into the massive store area and there are unreal amounts of fish in here. If you are a massive fan of tropical fish then this is the place you should go. It is clean, presentable and well organised. They also have reptiles such as snakes and mini-dragons and if you have never had a pet like this before, there are loads of staff around to help you out. Also they have a large range of books to help you raise certain species. Originally this was a farm that sold food produce. Now it has expanded beyond recognition. They still have food stock such as meat, eggs and juices etc. Also they have a cafe inside so if you want a cup of tea or a scone, then you can here. What I really enjoyed though about this place is that if you pay a pound each you can through into the stables and feed the pets in there. They have goats, llamas, sheep and bulls. I was a bit unsure at first but as soon as I started feeding them, I just fell in love with them all instantly. They were so cute trying to jump over the fences and lick your hands. This farm is really clean and extremely well run. I enjoyed the time we spent here, it was fun and exciting. I would recommend this twice over. Go and have fun!

Went to Cockfields Farm 3rd December 2011 to top up my tank with some new additions, as we were…read morelooking at the tanks , we noticed a DEAD fish floating on the top, so I informed a member of staff who joked that it was asleep and they always went pale and lifeless and floated when they were resting !!!! I thought this comment was inappropriate and not called for... we continued our now short visit by seeing another two tanks containing DEAD fish, I find this unacceptable and will not be going back there again. as there are many better fish shops with more pleasant staff within the Oldham area.

I would strongly recommend this for age 7 - 10 though smaller ones are able to come along too, height restrictions do apply to certain parts of the adventure courses, so to avoid disappointed I would recommend you go onto their website and check first. This place is all about fun and fitness for the whole family. They have a massive high wire forest adventure course; which is set within the countryside and developed to encourage you to get moving, and trust me by the end you the adventure a good cuppa and sleep is what you'll need, though if it is for the family then keeping the kids active by getting them tired then Jungle Parc is the place to bring them. It is a very safe environment and with all the proper equipment it is very enjoyable. The X-plorer course is for anyone over 1.35m in height and the Adventurer course is for children from 4 years old and with minimum height of 1.05m. The Jungle Parc is situated in Croxteth Country Park which is only 10 minutes from the city centre.

There are 40 amazing activities to enjoy as you glide through trees on rope bridges, zip lines and cargo! It definitely sounds exciting as it really is. Adults are just £20 and Juniors £15. This is one of the biggest play Centres i been to and it can be quite easy to get lost in it. It ranges from rope walls, rope bridges, sponges bridges, to slides (3 in total with one being a near vertical drop which even made me a little apprehensive to go on). Go Karts (£1 a go). The location and the stuff on the menu does kinda show you who the clientele is lets just say not many play centres i go to have Iced Mocha Choca on the drinks menu. Also we got there pretty early but when we left mid afternoon the car park looked like a Range Rover forecourt. Your eating time is included in the time you're limited to so you can't have a nice relaxed meal as the kids want to be off and play and you're concious of the time you're taking away from their play. The facilities themselves are good and the kids always have a good time. Probably not worth it for crawling kids. I have very active toddler and he still has problems with accessing some of the equipment for under 5s.

I went on a Saturday and it was full of kids and parties so I'd say if you are over 15 to probably go one evening when there's less children there. However even though it's really busy there is definately enough room for you to jump around! It's 100% one of the good things that have come to Bolton!

A brand new Jumpzone! As if there weren't enough in and around Manchester, now you have another…read moreoption to go to! We went on the first Saturday of the new opening and it was packed out. We took advantage of the 10 days of free jumps on offer and looked forward to being one of the first users. They recommend that you get there half an hour early when its busy. This makes sense as everyone has to sign away their life, sorry... injury waiver form, followed by a 5 minute briefing (in the briefing room), before the steward does a 10 second countdown to the doors opening. Then its a free for all to the best trampolines. There are 150 connected trampolines, and unlike the their competitors there is also Dodgeball, Volleyball, and this 2 player 'bash' game (think whack-a-mole) which everyone was queuing up to play. Several professional trampolines with the opportunity to jump off at height, 3 crash mats and they are also building a free running zone in the future (think Parkour). Plenty of stewards whom were actually very friendly- they even dance to the music playing in the background. They are good at looking after your well being and the first-aiders are right on hand aswell. Located within the Soccerdome next to the Trafford Centre and Chill factorE, it is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking too. Expect more young kids than adults, especially at the weekends. There are several (I think 5) rooms for kids parties, and there is a viewing area as well as a cafe. Non of us had been trampolining for a couple of years but this is definitely one of the better ones. Have a go at Dodgeball on trampolines against your worse enemies, and look forward to the Yellow socks!

The facilities are always very clean unlike the one in nearby blackburn that just smells like urine. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is great. Their childrens lunchbox meals are VERY good value for money and include fresh fruit which is a refreshing change. We also go to their christmas party every year which we have always found to be great and really good value. Overall top bananas is the best play area in the blackburn/darwen area by far and as for the person who stated in thier review they wouldnt leave their children unsupervised with the staff, who on earth would leave their children unsupervised anyway even at a party!!!.
