This bar is a must stop if you are going through or near the silver cliff area and want a good bite to eat or drink.

Made the trip after hearing about this place. It's a rural bar & grill, with a bar and attached dining room of good size. There are lots of mounted deer heads and other critters. The menu is basic but complete, with the usual north woods staples. I ordered the smoked special with pork. It was a nice crusty bun loaded with pork. Cole slaw, beans, and deep fried corn on the cob completed the plate. I never thought of deep frying corn on the cob, but it was very tasty. The place was busy on an early Saturday afternoon, and there was only one server working the dining room. She was hustling and the kitchen was jumping so the wait wasn't bad. I will mention that the place is for sale, and the owners are looking to step back after 38 years. It's a good place and we're looking forward to coming back on a Sunday for chicken dinner! read more

Jungle Jim's Pub N Grub - Smoked Special (pork) - American Near Me - Silver Cliff, Wisconsin

Jungle Jim's is a must stop for us while visiting Crivitz. Food, drinks, and service are all phenomenal. Best fried chicken around. Our most recent visit was under new ownership with a new menu (a combination of new and old menu items, including a new salad bar). To our delight- the food and service is still amazing! read more

After 40 years they will be a tough act to follow. Food = great, Service = great (like going to an old friends), was THEE PLACE TO GO ! GOOD LUCK TO THE NEW OWNERS ! read more

Probably the best Sunday Chicken Dinner in the Northwoods. Great to see how busy they were with all the Customers just not enough staff. Love the ambiance with all the animal mounts. Suggestion to take out the Pool table at times like this and replace with another high top table to seat six. You'll earn more money in those seats than the pool table. Cheers! read more

This used to be our favorite restaurant and we've been going for years. Unfortunately not anymore. Now that it is under new ownership things have changes and not for the better. Lets start with the wobbly tables food made my wife sick and it is no longer has great brisket. It is now a bar with cheap food and not good at that. We wont be back read more

Jungle Jim's has been our "go to" for food and drink for over 2 decades. The food has always been excellent. In fact I can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal there. The owners are the best in the business and it has been a wonderful place to meet and socialize. All of our family members love going to "the Jungle" when they come to visit. It's a warm, family friendly business that has always been a pleasure to go to. We love you Al, Carole, Cody and Shelby! read more

Great restaurant in Marinette County. The owner is a great host and his staff are excellent. Be sure to visit. You won't be sorry.

We stopped after a day of riding SxS and the service was great and very quick! Our bartender offered great drink recommendations, and even though we didn't have any food, it looked and smelled amazing! Will definitely stop back on our next visit! read more

This place had irregular hours! Went there several times when website said it was open & it was. However, when it is open the food & service are excellent. Fish lunches are the best around and the brisket is awesome. read more

Highly recommend Jungle Jim's for your next stop for food & drinks when in Silver Cliff! The pulled pork was exceptional. As stated while there, it gives the best pulled pork I've had prior a run for its money. Staff and service were also great. Will be back for sure! read more

Wow! The beef brisket is as good as any I've had in Texas. The cowboy is the bomb. The staff is crazy friendly. This is our new place even though it's a bit further than we'd like to go, it's worth it. Great job guys! read more

I love Jungle Jims! Definitely a vibe. They kept the kitchen open past their closing time multiple times when we called ahead letting them know we'll be a bit late. The Wildman crew always orders a lot and are easy to please with good chicken. They have the best honey siracha and bbq chicken wings I've ever had. My coworkers and I order nearly every wing wednesday and its always so tasty for a decent price. Their burgers and fries are pretty good too! read more

The friendliest place in the Wisconsin North woods. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the owner and his wife like you're old friends. The menu is mostly sandwiches and burgers, but they are amazing. There is also a smokehouse menu to die for. If you like smoked meat this is a must try. The owner also makes his own sauces and the homemade beans are out of this world. Just be careful of their sizes, we ordered a small smokehouse nacho and it was huge, but very tasty. In an area where customer service is lacking it a welcoming place to go were they truly appreciate their customers. read more

We came to Jungle Jim's for taco Thursday. Al welcomed us in and remembered me from the last time I was there. The atmosphere was warm, fun and inviting and the food was awesome!!! We started with a sampler of brisket, burnt ends and beer battered mushrooms. We then, had ground beef and chicken tacos. We loved everything!!! The food was awesome, along with everything else. We will definitely be back soon, and will be bringing friends and family!!! read more

Great food, (pulled pork yum) homemade sauces, great service, drinks, and friendly other customers as well!

Beef brisket had a good smokey flavor but was dry-thankful for the creamy coleslaw & bbq sauce! Bbq sauce is homemade & great flavor. My friend had the chicken dinner-also fry due to over cooked. And the gravy served with mashed potatoes was a dark brown beef gravy that didn't match well with the chicken. Super friendly staff and clean place. Good for a quick bite. read more

The best BBQ you'll find in the Northwoods. We ordered the sampler platter and it was absolutely fantastic- also tried the fried pickles!

You simply can't beat Al and Carol's love for food and their customers. Al whips up the best smoked beef and pork this side of Memphis! I challenge you to find better smoked pork/brisket in a 200 mile radius. Oh, forgot to mention his baked beans...my mouth is watering typing this...no, he won't give you the recipe. Have fun, this place ROCKS! read more

Al & Carol at Jungle Jim's are the best! We catered some food (pulled pork, brisket, homemade baked beans smothered in awesome sauce, potato salad & slaw... my mouth is watering just reminiscing about it...) all of our guests were speechless, mostly because they were busy stuffing their faces! Seriously, try any of Al's smoked goodness. You will not be disappointed!! And the homemade mustard!!It's the perfect mix of tang and tart, don't forget to get some to go!! read more

The food wasnt bad, though they were sold out of everything our group of 4 wanted to order. It was the end of memorial day weekend, so that is forgivable. But the service was awful. First, the waitress didnt tell us things were sold out when she seated us so when we ordered we found out everything we wanted was sold out. Wanted to order a beer, but I like to try something new, when asked what beers they had the waitress said to many to list, I should say what I want and she will tell me if they have it. Hard to do when I want to try something new. So I asked what they had for a certain type of beer, to which the response was "I'm not 21 so I dont know" ive had plenty of waitresses under 21 that could answer that question because they knew the menu. My mom wanted to order a flavored margarita, got the same answer when she asked what flavors they had "to many to list, tell me what you want and ill tell you if we have it" turns out they didnt have any flavors besides lime. She said everything with an abrasive tone of voice. Took forever to run our credit card, then gave it to the table behind us. read more

Jungle Jim's is the best. If you like BBQ this is the very best Up North, Green Bay or anywhere around place to go.We drive 45 min. to go here when we have a taste for BBQ. The owners are so nice, she tends bar and he does all the cooking. When you drive up you can smell the smokers going. My favorite is the beef brisket, my husbands is the BBQ pork. It won't matter what you order it's all good. read more

Best brisket of my whole life, great coleslaw and beans. Very friendly and efficient waitress, very nice owner & bartender, had a great time and all of my friends also had excellent meals. We've had many a sandwich, burger, and Sunday breakfast, but just never had the brisket. Something on menu for everyone, appetizers, kids stuff, stuff to do in summer, place to hang your helmut when you snowmobile. Don't pass by without stopping by, don't forget to get a very cold beer and a nice bloody mary or clam digger. read more
