Dr. Humberto Ruiz was able to extract the remainder of the tooth (which wasn't much) completely with no issues at all. I had found him by chance but my whole Family comes here now and close friends that I referred. It was sad to see him retire but his Daughter, Dr. Leina Ruiz is as gentle and amazing as he is. So, as a Family we are truly blessed to have their talented staff available for us. I recommend their office to anyone, but especially families and anyone that has anxiety about a visit to the dentist. Luckily my insurance changed and I was assigned to this dentist office. All of the staff that helped me were very kind and professional and made sure to check in with me throughout my appointment. Check in process was simple, filled out paperwork, and the woman checked my insurance. The man who assisted the dentist and took my x-rays was very friendly and made small talk with me throughout. The dentist who attended me was probably the best dentist I've had. She was very calming, made sure to ask me if I was comfortable, and repeatedly let me know to let her know if I was in pain. She was thorough in her examination and cleaning. While she originally thought I didn't have any cavities she did find one after doing the cleaning. She offered to fill the cavity the same day. She had very gentle hands and I felt no pain at all. I would highly recommend coming to this dentist office!

I was referred by my BF but was still skeptical at how the cost was so affordable... Now that I have completed all my dental work - it's safe to say that I am 100% satisfied. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating as well. I'll back up a little. I went to 3 other LA dental offices prior - all said I need 2 root canals + 6 fillings. Quotes were up to $5 Gs.... Felt most comfortable with Dr. Dong + the prices couldn't be beat... I ended up only needing 2 crowns, ZERO root canals, and 2 fillings. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg and is very caring too. I am so glad I found a solid dentist. We all need one as we get older. So relieved all my dental work is doneZO. :] Also, King Taco is right across the street. :D

I was referred to this location by a friend and was not disappointed. They took my dental insurance which was great. I have a severe overbite and was told that surgery was my only option. After coming to Dr.Robles for my initial consultation, I was convinced this was the right place for me. He was very informative of an Herbst Device that would correct my overbite and also included braces in my treatment. He explained thoroughly how the device worked, how long the treatment would be, and assured me off all the problems and complications I would encounter would be temporary. I love the Dr. Robles always checks up on me when I come in every month. At other dentist offices you just deal with the dental assistant replacing your wires and your bands. Dr. Robles always makes his way into my room and talks to me about my progress and improvement. Here, everyone greets you when you walk in and knows you by name. Always asks how you're doing and if there have been any problems from the last time they saw you. The receptionist, Monica, is always so nice and everyone working there just really makes you feel like home. I live in Los Angeles and I drive past hundreds of dentists offices just to make it to Baldwin Park to see Dr. Robles because it's definitely worth the hour drive to get there in traffic. They have a huge parking lot that I have never seen filled which I LOVE. Because I hate looking for parking. I love the cute little molar chairs for children that I sit on for fun. I love the progress I have made and how Dr. Robles has reversed the damage that Western Dental has caused on my teeth. Family practices are the way to go and this place definitely proves that.

We've been here twice and this second time, my daughter was able to go in the exam room for her cleaning, take X-rays, and sit through the exam on her own!! I was so impressed (and relieved) how gentle and and great Dr. Le and her staff are with little ones. They make it fun, totally kid-friendly and comforting for little ones. They also had my two-year old watch his big sissy to help put him at ease for his first exam. He also made it through without any tears and we were in and out in an hour. She lets the kids take a toy from the toy chest, gives them balloons and stickers too. Awesome staff, very friendly and would highly recommend Dr. Le. My daughter actually said she loved going to the dentist!!

Under NO circumstances will a strange adult be in a room with my child in a situation like this. Good thing I didn't, because in front of me she continued to yell at him and berate him for wiggling in the chair after two hours of work. PLEASE try to argue that a grown adult would do any different while sitting in a dentist chair for two hours. Afterwards he was so traumatized he was terrified of going back to ANY dentist for two years. I took my kid in for cleaning and saw they made him feel comfortable and he was not anxious at all. So when he needed ortho we decided to keep him here. Staff for regular dental services are all nice as well as the doctors and place is kept really clean. The ortho side is just the same, friendly staff and kept clean. We enjoy they decorate for all occasions. This is for Edwin in ortho we were lucky yesterday to get him for my son. He was so patient and explained everything he was doing along the way. He allowed my kid to ask questions and constantly checking if he was ok. It was a longer ortho appointment truly grateful he was the one to help us. He was awesome all around!!!
