beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this lady is a scam !!!! please do not order from here this lady is a scam... these pics are not her pics she uses other people pics and once you send her your money she will tell you that she will keep your money because of a couple hours difference on what eod is ..... i sent her $180 and once sent she said she received it but she will not do my order but she will keep my money!!!!!!!! and when i told her that i will send by eod she never said anything about sending before 5pm and once i sent my money instead of sending my money back because she is not going to do the order she felt like she should keep the money instead!!! do not buy from her she is scamming people from their hard earned money please see screenshots attached!! i also asked her when she emailed me that if sending my money by eod tonight would be fine and she never responded ... regardless if someone sends you money for services and you feel as if you are not going to do them because of a time deadline of a couple hours difference you should send the money back!!! if you want to keep your money do not go here luckily i am fortunate enough to be able to not have this hit me hard but her taking money from people in a pandemic is not cool and i will be reporting this payment as fraud since i never received my cookies i believe she never intended on making my cookies and these pics are not her pics and once the money was sent she was going to cancel my order anyway also in her " reminder email " nowhere she states the time deadline of 5:00pm to send money she just says you forfeit your spot 5pm was never spoken of until my money was sent through and received by her you are rolling the dice if you send her your money please do not do this in her initial email she said payment is due within 48 hours which is 2 full days then once payment was received she switched it to payment needed to be received by eod at 5pm which is not a full 2 days! all screenshots attached for reference of this lady scamming people she also sent me her terms and conditions that say payment is due within 48 hours but 48 hours are a full 2 days so she doesn't understand what her own terms and conditions are and she wrote even though it does not say by EOD in my terms and conditions i wrote you to send money by EOD on a holiday and never sent the time or anything even though her terms and conditions states 48 hours for payment to be received which my payment was sent in the 48 hour mark so you are saying that i paid you $180 for a consulting fee for some cookies??? ok girl like i said in the future when you confirm someones order your last message to that person is giving them all the information : their total, their order in full listed and your deadline for payment day and time.... my last message to you was still speaking about what my cookies would look like and you never said yes or correct that is right now you can send money nothing but the next day " reminder your total is due before eod" then i emailed asking if tonight would be fine and you never responded ! you obviously don't know how to do business like i said KEEP THE $180! I have never heard of someone taking someones payment and saying i wont fulfill your order but ill do like half of your order at another date in the future when i feel like it that makes no sense... i paid for you to do them on the date i needed them thats why i paid so much... whatever helps you sleep at night but this is not good customer service at all read more
