She's stocking shelves so I ask her if I can checkout and she completely ignores me so I ask her if she's open and she says we're clearly fucking open and walks to the register & yanks my product off the counter to scan it & at this point I'm getting upset so I'm like "can I talk to a manager" and she's like yeah he's in the fucking back and give him my fucking name and she starts spelling it out for me literally screaming each letter out loud and sticking her finger in my face showing me how to spell it. She was literally almost trying to fight me over the counter. And as she's being so loud & obnoxious, a male walks out from the back and asks what's going on and I explain to him how she's acting and he doesn't even tell her anything as if he's protecting her and is on her side instead of the customers. He's says "I'm not sure why she's acting like that" like regardless her reasoning she should not be allowed to act like a wild animal towards customers trying to spend their hard earned money. He makes her go to the back and she's laughing her way there like she knows she won't get in trouble for acting like that and seems normal & probably not her first time acting this way. She humiliated me and embarrassed me. This is not acceptable! Here she is spelling her name out for me. I came in looking for filet mignon, but since they were sold out, he took the time to recommend the next best cut. Not only did he explain why it was a great alternative, but he also taught me what to look for when shopping for steaks in the future.
