I want to preface this review with the fact that I do not smoke cigars for reference. We were here because my husband smokes them occasionally and likes to keep a few on hand at the house. I often get dragged around to cigar shops and I usually do not enjoy it. The other day when I went into this shop, it was truly just to be supportive. I was very pleasantly surprised when we got inside! This shop sells a great variety of humidors of varying sizes, tools you would need, and obviously cigars. The cigars are inside a giant sealed room with a humidifier. I saw the owner add water while I was there and she uses higher end water, even. They had quite a bit of selection and even some gift sets, which helped for Christmas. In the back theres an awesome smoking room with comfy chairs and several TVs. The store was very clean, did not smell overpowering of cigar smoke (yay for me!), and is designed and decorated better than any of the many cigar shops I've been into. The owner was super helpful, can make great recommendations if asked, and is super pleasant. If I ever have to pick up cigars for him or someone else, this will be the spot! I love the quality, section and prices; however, was extremely disappointed for the third time in the last six weeks I arrived at 10:05am (five minutes after they had opened), discovered that the security gate had been opened & the neon open sign was turned on and a hand written "be back in 5 minutes" had been taped to a locked door! After waiting 20 minutes and still no one had returned to open, I left in frustration- this morning with 5 other customers who no longer wanted to wait.
