It was the first time I've shopped here for cigars. I went here bc it was the closest to where I live. I was pleasantly surprised with the choices. The cigars are organized nicely and the person helping was very knowledgeable. My husband wanted to try a variety so I went for a range from $3.99 to about $20 depending on what you want. Something for everyone's price point. The $3.99 ones were good enough but we didn't care for the draw on those. The nicer ones that cost more had a much better draw. I'll be back. I'm giving them 4 stars because I liked them a lot but I have nothing to compare it to as I'm a neophyte when I comes to cigars. However, they had all the brands discussed by the Cigar Dave podcast I listen to a lot. The man behind the counter was knowledgeable and helpful! The prices were a little less than I expected. I've fallen into the vaping craze and have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to actually doing maintenance on my e-cig. My first mistake was letting someone borrow it- because after that it kept being sketchy. Well the guy here took a look at it, and right away he noticed that it had been dropped before and that the firing pin was over tightened. He had his tools right there and fixed it right away. While I was there I took a look around the shop and they have a massive variety of e-juices. I'm so glad that I got my coffee this morning cause if it wasn't for bux, I wouldn't have met Amanda this morning and Nick this evening. As soon as I walked in this morning, Amanda greeted me with a friendly hello with a chill vibe. Had a great conversation with her and thank goodness I'm glad I found this smoke shop cause I couldn't find Raw Cones in Central Cali for some reason. Apparently, gas stations and other convenient stores don't sell them as commonly as the Bay Area does. Got my cones and wanted to come back for a to go piece after my tight schedule. So later this evening I came back and I met Nick. Very cool dude and I also had a great conversation with him as well. Thanks for dealing with my indecisiveness bro, but I eventually fell in love with my piece. DO NOT BUY GLASS HERE Don't waste your time buying glass pieces here. The first piece I bought was a counterfeit ZOB. So I took it back and the guy exchanged it for me. Then the one he exchanged it for broke. So I went to talk to the manager and he said he won't offer any sort of return or exchange. He then told me that it was due to my "inexperience" and that isn't their fault. When I let him know that the guy standing right next to him told me how to use it and that it could be heated he had nothing to say other than he can't do anything. I bought a piece here and the guy who sold it too me told me that I can "heat it up and it will be good". He also gave me other directions on how to use the piece to get the best use out of it. I took it home and as soon as I started to heat it up the glass cracked. I can't believe they wouldn't offer any sort of exchange or even store credit for a piece of glass that doesn't perform the job that it was sold for. The guy who sold it too me was just trying to clear out the case he said so they can get new stuff. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They aren't trying to help you out. Appears to be a clean and courteous shop. When I entered I was kindly greeted by the shop worker behind the counter. Prices seem to be standard Brick and Mortar prices. Very Relaxed Atmosphere and plenty of seating. Would like to add they carry one of the largest collections of Juices in Southern California. At the time I was there the worker was showing a customer how to make coil's for his RTA's (didn't look like RDA's(!)). They Also carry Cigars and other Glassware for our friend's with "Medicinal Need's"! They carry a lot of Kanger, saw about 20 Neboxes unpackaged and neatly arranged along with Subox Mini's and Nano's. Joyetech eVic's and VTC's and Mini's and just about anything from a Major manufacturer like Aspire and eLeaf though I asked if they had the new hot Commodity the iJust 2 but have yet to carry them. Just for those New Vaper's out there reading this, if you want to try "Sub-Ohm" vaping and don't want to spend a ton of money buy an iJust 2 from eLeaf. It comes with it's own tank, which is completely sealed except for putting in eJuice and new Coils (that's the only drawback I saw). And retail's for between $35 and $30 - and if a Vape Shop tries to charge you more than that go to another store or acquire one off of The Internet; should not cost more than that! I've been vaping for over three years it's great to see another store opening up. As far as I can tell it's a good place with a decent staff that knows their product. It isn't another Headshop that will charge $99.99 for a 30 Watt Knockoff iStick. Upon my visit to Bakersfield, CA I met with a buddy of mine for lunch at the restaurant next door called Kabob House and after a great lunch we stopped at this Smoke shop to see what they have to offer. Well I'm glad we did because we were offered a great service from a staff that knew what he was doing. His knowledge and his customer service was beyond my expectations. He walked us through the items that best fits what we were looking for and was extremely patient with our lack of knowledge to some of the things they offered. Walked in there thinking we were going to spend maybe $50 but walked out with spending about $100 with no regrets because we were extremely satisfied with what we bought.
