My GF pointed out that is was under build your own omelette. The waitress said okay and walked away. We noticed that several wait staff walked by constantly carrying food, only to walk past again in the opposite direction looking confused carrying the same food in hand. We never saw our waitress again and no one checked in on us. Several other guests were seated after us and were served their meal some consisting of steak. 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our meals. Frustrated we walked out and went to Salisbury house where we received excellent service. I will never return to Applebees IHOP restaurants again nor would I recommend this business to anyone. Terrible service, inexperienced and confused staff including the manager.
