    I have attached a picture of another company that I called and had no issues setting up the same exact slide!

    TERRIBLE SERVICE! The day of they showed up and the driver refused to deliver the slide in the backyard because he didn't have the equipment or it was too difficult. I told him I need it back there! He told me to call customer service -- I got the voicemail numerous times and he drove off telling me to keep on trying! I can't believe the level of service from this company. I was left with a birthday party without a slide. Just a month before I had a company deliver the same slide with no problems. Stay Away from this company!!! Update: I have attached a picture of another company that I called and had no issues setting up the same exact slide! The level of indolence was beyond anything imaginable!.

    Before Jumptastic broke my patio lights, they were strung up between the tree on the far left and the window on the far right.

    Short version: it took four calls and two trips for all the proper items to get delivered, and then the Jumptastic guy who removed the items actually broke 3 hanging Christmas light wires that were 10 feet off the ground, resulting in broken light bulb glass all over the back patio area. Long version: Jumptastic was supposed to provide a small bounce house, four tables, and twenty chairs for an event at my house. A guy showed up with the right bounce house but wrong chairs and two few tables. He was was rude, unhelpful, curt, and not knowledgable. He refused to set up the tables. When I told him the order-taker had promised that everything would be set up, he said, "Well that's not the deal and they'll say anything to make a sale." I asked him to call his manager so that I could actually get all 4 tables I had ordered. A few minutes later he called me from outside in his truck to say that no tables were available that day and that I could "file a complaint with the office on Monday." When I told him this was unacceptable, he hung up on me and actually screeched his tires driving away from my house. Then, on my own, I called the home office to request that the proper chairs and remaining 2 tables were delivered. The guy on the phone acted like he was doing me a great favor by delivering the items that were supposed to have been delivered in the first place. The second guy who delivered the proper chairs and remaining tables was cheerful and efficient - polar opposite from #1. The first guy ended up coming back later in the evening to retrieve the tables, chairs, and bounce house. While he was removing the deflated bounce house, he broke 3 hanging Christmas light wires that were secured 10 feet off the ground between the house and a tree. There were shards of broken light bulbs all over the place. I saw that he had broken the wires but decided not to say anything to him because I didn't need to have another confrontation with this guy while guests were in my house. To be fair, the items that we ordered were all eventually delivered to my house on time. The kids loved the bounce house and all the tables and chairs were decent quality. But I had argue with delivery guy #1 about setup, call the office twice to make sure the right tables and chairs were delivered, and then finally that same #1 guy actually left my house in WORSE condition than it was before the whole Jumptastic ordeal. I'll not be using this company again.

    I don't know about the previous review, but I had a great experience with jumptastic! My delivery was EARLY, set up in a timely manner by a professional person. I know how atlanta traffic is, so I requested my waterslide 2 hrs prior to my party time and it was even earlier than that. The same guy came back out when he said he would and broke everything down and took it away. I would absolutely use this company again and referred jumptastic to others as well. My kids had an amazing time!
