He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. When you deal with this shop it's like having your good buddy hook you up and help you out! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. When I was lied to by another person about what was "needed" I got a second opinion here and THIS was the correct opinion. It all went exactly how I was told. These guys really care about their customers and their work. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else for your automotive needs! I will be going to them always and you would be wise to do the same! Best mechanics around right here!!

Doing his job (not faulting him at all) he announced that I needed new brakes. I stood there, mouth agape, trying to take this in. I had purchased the car only two years previously, from Majestic (when it was still Majestic), with a sales pitch that included "and we just put in new brakes". Now, two years later, and perhaps 10,000 miles older, as I work from home, they tell me I need new brakes. AND, that I will cost $800 to repair!!! I politely tell them I had not recently plundered a third-world country, and therefore did not have the money for this repair. He very politely said "no problem" and said he would add it to the record for reference when I did have the money. Fast forward two weeks: my husband has a friend (he's "got a guy") who he went to school with who has an auto shop in West Warwick. This morning, we bring my car to him to look at, after a previous phone conversation uncovered that the same job, NOT at Majestic, would only cost $400. A few minutes ago I received a call from this guy. he said, "you don't need brakes. Your brakes are practically brand new. Like 80%. So you're all set." THANK YOU, Mike Rambone, for your honesty and thoughtfulness. I'm taking my business to Precision Automotive Service in West Warwick. Oil changes, wiper fluid, ANYTHING. They are super nice, super fair and HONEST. They don't have a website, but here is their Yelp page.

Don't go here unless you like your vehicle straight disrespected. Im 19 years old and this is my second car and the first one i'm putting real blood sweat and tears into. He thought that was all I needed and suggested I drive around and that if the light didn't come back on, I would be all set. If the light didn't come back on, Jennings would be glad to help out.
