This guy is ridiculous, he wanted to come out and check our property first and never gave a date as to when, just an estimation of "next week".. I called him several times to figure out when he's coming out. I never got a date! It was always maybe tomorrow or maybe next week. When I told him I need a actual day since like normal people we work, he thought it was funny and laughed about and question me. It was all so wrong, never doing business with this guy!! I really want to say tank you to Jumping Bunny for making my son's 4th birthday so amazing! All kids had a blast with the jump castle with slide we ordered. They've been busy the entire day what gave us the parents some nice rest as well. The bouncy was clean and they delivered on time. They even got us a bubble machine which was very nice as well. Kids were chasing the balloons a lot. My son was so excited and happy at the end of the day, saying that he had the best birthday. He is only 4... but so much excitement in his eyes! Well worth it! I am not somebody who easily give 5 stars, but they did a great job. It was a rainy day and we did go back and forth trying to figure it out, if we should rent or not. They were patient and worked with us. We rented a bounce house , tables, chairs and a bubble machine. They showed up on time and everything was very clean. We had overall a very good experience. Wonderful service! Kalin was really nice! Depends on pickup schedule sometimes we get the bounce house a little longer! Kids absolutely loved it!!! Great big bounce houses. I've used Jumping Bunny Rentals many times over the years for both work and personal cookouts/parties. They've always been wonderful, but today I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service. We have an annual back to school cookout at the apartment community where I work. I usually book the bounce house rental a couple months in advance, but I realized an hour and a half before today's cookout started that I completely forgot to book it. I freaked out and called Jumping Bunny to see if it was possible to book one at the last minute. The owner of the company picked up the phone even though he is currently out of the country. He told me he would call me back in a few minutes after making some calls to make it work. Y'ALL. This man called me back in less than 5 minutes, told me he would have someone here with a bounce house, two tables, twelve chairs, a bubble machine, bubble solution, and extra extension cords by the time our cookout started. AND HE DID. His delivery person was very friendly and professional and got everything set up quickly. The bounce house and tables/chairs were all clean, as they always have been at previous cookouts.The delivery person also came back right on time four hours later and was very quick and neat about taking everything down and packing it up. They also have great rates! I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more
